Great personal service. When I ordered I was a little put off that I would have to look out for an email to approve the logo before the order would be fulfilled but actually they contacted me quickly and it was very straightforward. I asked for a slight change which they did quickly. And they dropped me a WhatsApp in case I hadn't seen the email. Impressed! And the fleece itself and personalisation look great. Very cosy, soft fleece!

I am filled with ecstacy after taking delivery of my order. The product itself is artistically crafted with a silky finish which feels amazing when worn. Ordered a personalised fleece, received an email with how it would look. I changed my mind about the design which was immediately changed and another email to confirm, approved it, and arrived within a few days.

Im so pleased, and i know my wife will love it. The quality is great and the logo is stitched really intricately so it's so clear to read.

Great pre-delivery service as well by them sending me a proof of the design to approve before they produce the garment.

I'd definitely recommend the company - it's just a shame they don't supply operating theatres caps!
