Used custom writing on two occasions. The first inquiry I canceled yet they still charged me and completed the writing and claimed that it was my fault for not checking on my order. (As if after cancelling I supposed to stalk my account). I contacted my bank because it literally was a scam, the bank has not took it off my account yet they sent me to collections, when legally they can't do so. The second occasion (before I realized they charged my credit card), it was $200 for a paper that was still poorly edited and didn't even go into detail for the seven pages that it was. Your better off finding someone on fiver (aly_writer for example only $85 for better quality)!

Used to be my fav writing service. Their customer service became very bad and ask you for extra money for revision. Quality of paper dropped dramatically.

I placed an order with them and the work was not done. Their writers kept promising that it would be done and hours later were asking to be reassigned from the task. I asked support to step in and they selected another writer. Guess what - he also asked to be reassigned! Wow!
I asked for refund because my deadline was reached - and they tell they need to review something. What are they going to review? how their writers wasted my time? Support seems to be robotic and not human, or amazingly dumb one to answer anything

I bought an essay and picked the premium quality of writing (i.e. undergraduate level in the UK). The essay was finished very fast. However the quality was quite poor: the grammar was bad, the essay barely answered the question, the sources were the first links that would come up in google search (i checked). The writer finished earlier and I requested a review right away. But there was no answer. I contacted customer service and was told the writer would contact me ASAP. But the writer only answered after the deadline I requested when ordering the essay. Overall very negative experience. Would not recommend, especially if you are in a hurry.

This service is very reliable. I've already used it a couple of times, and each time I had my written paper delivered just on time and with no typos. The writer used relevant sources and made the correct citations, so I was satisfied with the result.

I love this service, because it helps solving writting problems that i honestly don't know how to handle! And they do it on time and always professionaly.
