I had a very good experience with this company, although wait times should be mentioned in the website (I knew about it from past reviews) I still went ahead with the order and they said after I asked them that it could take up to 2 months or a bit more and it did so that’s fine. I provided the photos and I’m extremely happy with the model they sent. I did pay extra to have the larger design and the one with more detail. I believe many here simply didn’t read what they were buying.

Ordine effettuato il 22 febbraio per un costo totale di $59,95. Ad oggi, 10 aprile, lo stato dell'ordine risulta fermo su "Confermato". Ho scritto un'email all'indirizzo di supporto per chiedere il rimborso, mi è stato risposto con un messaggio automatico (in cinese) che afferma che la loro casella di posta è piena e non può ricevere altri messaggi. Una truffa su tutti i fronti. Non lasciatevi ingannare.

Délai hyper long, on pourrait se dire Ok pour du 100% personnalisé.. mais en réalité figurine bas de gamme, du commerce, avec juste un rajout de plaque au prénom demandé.. donc hors de prix pour un résultat aussi nul ! Et forcément impossible de les contacter, impossible de laisser des commentaires négatifs pour prévenir les autres.. Commandé fin juillet, reçue fin septembre et extrêmement déçue !

I lost my dog in January and on the day I lost him on my instagram cute buddi came up. I loved my dog so much that I decided to pay the £50 to have a detailed figure of him. I waited over a month and when it arrived o was so excited. When I opened it, to my disappointment it looked just like any normal generic bichon, the quality was not what you would expect at all. It had none of his distinctive features and failed to encapsulate him in any way. I was actually really upset as it was to go next to his urn.

The figurine of my dog is fantastic!! Looks just like her. I couldn’t be more pleased. Also, they sent me a picture for my approval before the shipped it. Great experience!

Commande reçue, on dirait une figurine basique en foire fouille. Sur leur site ils disent " délai de 30 jours pour être remboursé sans justification, si non satisfait"
Ca fait déjà 2 semaines et 2 email sans réponses pour la procédure de retour.

I ordered three custom pet figurines from Cutebuddi. Two of them turned out good with detail and personality, but unfortunately the third one did not match the same standard. The proportions and sculpt didn’t resemble my dog very well, the colors looked pale, and several key markings were missing or blurry. Because of this, it stands out negatively next to the other two.

I wrote cutebuddi asking for a refund for that one or a remake but they never got back to me, it's been 6 months...

INCREDIBLE FIGURES! They came out exactly like my dogs! And amazing customer service! Will order again.

CuteBuddi was awesome. After they sent me a model of my pet, I requested some modifications. They made the modifications, but I discovered other things that needed to be modified for that spot on look. They nailed it. I am tryly amazed at the likeness of my pet this figurine has. Great detail. I would definitely order another figurine from CuteBuddi.

Absolutely love my figurine.
They sent me the original 3D model to approve and it wasn’t right, there were many emails back and forth to get it perfect and their patience with my constant minor requests for alterations and their commitment to getting it right was admirable.
If you are prepared to work with them and not expect perfection on the first attempt then you will not be disappointed. They don’t know your pet, you do, so be sure to tell them exactly what you want and they will deliver.
I would recommend them in a heartbeat to anyone.

Jeg bestilte d.13/10 og har i dag modtaget min pakke. Den var pakket forsvarligt. Men vigtigst af alt er, at det modtaget produkt er FANTASTISK flot ! 🤩

Det er ærgerligt at man ikke kan tilføje et billede til sin anmeldelse, så andre faktisk kunne se det flotte resultat.

Jeg kan kun varmt anbefale at handle her. Jeg gør det gladeligt igen.

Absolutely awful. Had great photos of my pet and the figurer looked nothing like him not even the colour! Tried to contact Cutebuddi and heard nothing back. Bought this as a keepsake for my late dog and ended up really disappointed and upset. DO NOT BUY!!!

I’m happy because, at first what I have received wasn’t very similar to my pet. But I contacted them and explained my concern, I ask them what could we do to fix it and they made me another piece but this time consulted me first if the 3D model was ok.
I think what they do is beautiful, they just need more indications to make it more accurate.
Very very great customer service in my case and my opinion. So thank you so much.

Ik had de site al voorbij zien komen op facebook toen mijn lieve hond Bo nog leefde maar had er altijd mijn twijfels bij, toen Bo overleed kon ik niet meer helder nadenken en heb ik gewoon besteld bij cutebuddi, op basis van fotos hebben ze haar heel herkenbaar nagemaakt. Het is net alsof ze in het klein terug is. Ik kreeg direct de tranen in mijn ogen zo mooi is het beeldje. Ik heb er 4 maanden oo gewacht maar dat is door mijn eigen foit want ik had hun mail gemist dat ik mijn adres verkeerd had ingevuld, toen ik had gereageerd hadden ze ook mijn mail gemist de eerste keer maar ik heb een week of 3 later weer een mail gestuurd en toen reageerde ze binnen een dag en binnen een week was hij onderweg. Ik ben ze erg dankbaar en het was echt de 4 maanden wachten waard

My order just arrived today and am VERY PLEASED with the great sculpture created of my Collie. The colors were “spot on” with the essence of who she is shining through. It came wrapped extremely well in bubble wrap and a box. The only drawback is you have to WAIT as it comes from China. I had to wait 48 days, but I was able to communicate effectively with them regarding the long wait. It was a little pricey, but you get what you pay for. It preserved my precious Collie forever!

As a dog sitter, I ordered this as a momento to a longtime client who moved away. It's WELL WORTH the wait (roughly 1 month) and the price, and is absolutely stunning! The attention to detail is phenomenal, especially the little things (collar/harness paw pads underneath, glossy eyes/nose, and accurate patterning). HIGHLY recommended! You will not be disappointed!!

As long as you know it will take 1-2 months, I think the product was great and the communication was good, especially considering it is a lower price than their competitors. They really captured the likeness of both of our dogs and my Mom cried when she saw them.
