Hi Nia. Thank you for taking the time to give a review. I'm extremely sorry that your splashback arrived damaged. I can assure you that we wouldn't have sent it out in that condition so unfortunately it must have been damaged in transit. I have just taken a look and I can see that Molly has been in contact with you via email and has arranged a refund. I'm sorry for the inconvenience this will have caused.

Unfortunately I received scratched board, my experience with this product is not good. As I see how easily can damage in the cutting process, I guess it won’t be durable.

Sample is pretty much the same as picture so they have done well to convey how it looks in real life. Arrived fairly quick. Other websites offer samples for free, a bit expensive.
