Provided the wrong size and haven't bothered to reply to complaint. Will have to cancel payment. Appalling company and zero customer service.

Hi Graham
I’m very sorry to hear about your experience. I can see that Abigail from our customer experience team has since been in touch with you directly to apologise and process a full refund on your order.
We take mistakes like this seriously and are working hard to improve our processes to prevent them from happening again. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
Best regards,
The Cut My Team
The Perspex is good quality and the cover prevents scratching. I found it easy to fit but 4mm was not enough to reduce the noise as much as I hoped (I live by a railway line). If ordering again I would opt for 5mm.

Ordered 2 large sheets to cover glass on front door. Arrived quickly and perfectly cut to size. I attached window film to give added effect. Would highly recommend

Very pleased with this product. It is easy to fit and cuts down condensation and draughts in our listed house. Very good value for money compared to a lot of options. The website makes it easy to order, just enter measurements. Quick delivery and easy to fit and remove. Delighted.
