Oh my gosh this is just the best - great service - quick - easy to use ( and I don’t do technology very well so if I can do it anyone can !!) and the life size cut out arrived undamaged , beautifully printed AND very quick- all in all of if I could give it more stars I would - brilliant and thank you so much you’ve made our party a lot more fun ! i have just had my cut out arrive yesturday, and was very disapointed with how my mum looked and the size etc. i was crying so much, after reaching out and speaking with the office manager who went out of her way to help me, Sasha amazing person, totaly turned it around for me and my family, my mum only passed 6weeks ago ... but Sasha went above and beyond to make mum right for us. thank you so so much xx

Wow - ordered on a Wednesday morning and it had arrived by Thursday afternoon.
Had a small issue with paying on the website but I rang the contact number and the lady was very helpful and solved my issue.
Would definitely use again.

ordered a personalised cardboard cutout as a last-minute idea, and the customer service was amazing! They were super helpful and managed to get it sent out for next-day delivery. It arrived perfectly and was worth every penny. Definitely something fun and different to do for future events!

Excellent service from Sasha. My original order went awol, having no luck tracking it down she issued a new identical order which arrived the next day. Great service.

Such a great company with super speedy service. I phoned up with a specific request and within a few hours Emily had emailed me and helped to edit the image required ready for me to place my order. It was then delivered next working day and was very high quality. Thank you so much - highly recommend.

My cutout was shipped speedily and looked great, aside from the scuffing around the corners and a tear in the back. I would have preferred gentler care...maybe if it were put in bubble wrap...but other than that I'm very pleased.

Despite the order going missing , I shall not say the Parcel Company , Sasha went above and beyond and
I received the item in a couple of days time !

My cutout arrived with a missing piece of cardboard on the arm where there should be image. Wrote them on the day of delivery. Aka this monday at around 9 am and I havent recieved a reply as of today, wednesday late afternoon. My order number is: 700110511629.
