The team were helpful from the very start finding the right policy for me and keeping me informed at every stage. There was a seamless transition from my original contact when she went on planned holiday (and subsequently caught Covid). A new insurance policy was quickly organised after the underwriters could not agree the original cover, and l now have great cover at a reasonable price. Highly recommended.
