Impressive on every count - service is as sharp as the knife I bought. Great website, loads of detail in the descriptions helped me make an educated choice.
Items were dispatched with ruthless efficiency, and they were in my hand within 24 hours, packaged well, fully tracked and an effortless shopping experience. Knife is top quality, a piece of art in itself - so grateful to have an independent company bringing top quality products for us to enjoy in the UK.
