C'est la première et dernière fois que je commande sur ce site

ich habe 3 Artikel bestellt, der Versand wurde relativ schnell bestätigt, mit Sendungsnummer. Aber da passiert nichts, nach 20 Tage habe ich nach der Statues gefragt. Die erst Antwort war ganz freundlich: einer Artikel ist nicht verfügbar, ich kann stornieren. So habe ich die ganze Bestellung storniert. Nächste Tag nach meiner Stornierung kamm wieder Versand-Bestätigungen. Warum 2 mal Versand? Sind die Waren in Versand? Leider waren die Antworte nicht mehr so freundlich, muss ich bei PayPal die Lörsung ersuchen. Nie wieder Waren aus China!

Zwierzak jest zadowolony, ja w sumie też. Dostawa trochę zajęła ale było warto.

One of the few pet products I've seen that lives up to the online advertising. My cat climbed right in, tried out his claws on the tough but soft material, and settled in to nap. Perfect for giving your cat a napping spot on furniture you'd like to vacuum less. The small size (14") is a bit cramped for my 11-pound cat; medium (16.5") is good; and large (19") is comfortably roomy. The medium size also happens to fit perfectly inside the baskets on my cat tree, effectively giving them higher sides and preventing the cat from chewing on the twisted paper cord wrapped around the wire frame of the cat tree baskets.

Super Seite. Produkt kam schnell an und ist vollständig gewesen. Mein Hund hat seitdem sehr viel mit dem spielzeug gespielt und es ist immernoch solide ohne das es kaputt gegangen ist.

I ordered a pink fluffy tunnel bed for my cat and its so good! My cat enjoys it very much as i am while watching her <3 Delivery was fast btw, everything was perfect! Go grab ur stuff here people, I'm really happy with how things went. :)

Fast delievery, good qualty, 10/10 would reccomend.

I got the magic gloves and honestly they are amazing, definetly recommended

J’ai passé une commande qui n’est malheureusement jamais arrivée. Il semblerait qu’au moment de mon achat, le produit n’était en réalité plus en stock, ce qui n’était absolument pas indiqué.

Le plus problématique reste le service client : aucune réponse à mes mails malgré plusieurs relances. J’ai dû insister à plusieurs reprises sur les réseaux sociaux pour enfin obtenir un retour, ainsi qu’un remboursement.

Une expérience très décevante, avec un manque de transparence et de réactivité évident. Je ne recommande pas.

I would say this website is one of the few were the employees care quite a lot for their customers! I am really thankful for their help into finding out where my order is, and I would most definitely order from them again! Their prices are also fine! Thank you so much!!!

I really love my Christmas tunnel bed, it is so fluffy and cute and my cats absolutely adores it. It did take a little while for the bed to arrive, but the company was very willing to help me and inform me of the status of the package.

Soddisfatto del mio ordine penso che riordinero periodicamente e l assistenza mi ha aiutato a capire la dimensione migliore che potesse soddisfare il mio cane!

Die Ware habe ich erhalten, daran gibt es nichts auszusetzen. ABER: bin echt enttäuscht. Habe extra nicht bei Temu (ich weiss, Schleichwerbung😜) bestellt, weil ich keine Billig-Chinaware wollte. Und das Impressum der Firma ist CH, also dort bestellt. Und dann die Ernüchterung: bei Cutypet zahlt man den Schweizer Preis, erhält aber eben Billig-Chinaware, welche auch direkt von China versand wird. Also kann man gleich bei Temu bestellen und nur 1/3 des Preises bezahlen...meine Meinung🤷🏻‍♂️

it took a little time for delivery to come but i was super satisfied with the cutyhunt, i'd say was worth it! customer support was also very kind (Thanks Yvonne)

Vraiment de L’ARNAQUE😡😡😡j’ai jamais reçu ma commande de la niche chien que j ‘ai payé 79.90 euro. Malgré que j’ai pris contact avec eux…silence!!!
