I was so pl asked to find the actual puzzle I was looking for. I will be coming back to browse the puzzles to see if I can find my next puzzle to complete.

I love the design of all the clocks I enjoy putting them together I have all most all of them

Website is well-organized and it was easy to check out. I love the product I already have, which was why I purchased again.

I will attempt to be thorough. I made my first order at it went without a problem. So I decided to order another set of two units. A packaging error occurred as only one unit of the two was shipped. The tracking information was less than adequate actually non existent once the items reached the U S. Numerous attempts to resolve the problem has only resulted in dissatisfaction as it was going to be Christmas present. I assume it’s a fairly new business experiencing startup problems but results were just not acceptable. I ordered Dec. 4th and it made it to the U S by the twelfth. Where it dies no further movement no real tracking information. Just a plea to be patient after today being Dec. 31rst my patience is no longer part of this transaction. If you choose to use their products be aware that shipping will probably be the biggest hurdle. Even if my second item arrives I will not be satisfied with the service after the sale BUYER BEWARE.

I ordered from Cutywood on black friday for a christmas gift. They gave me a tracking number which didn't actually work and when I enquired to see why my package hadn't been delivered yet (10 days later than expected) they let me know that they couldn't deliver it due to bad weather and had returned my package back to the warehouse. However, they never reached out to me to let me know this had occured or let me know that they were going to try again. When I reached out to them they finally told me what had been going on and that they would issue me a refund. This gift was for Christmas and now I have nothing to give my Dad for Christmas. I also don't believe them about the weather because there was no actively bad weather going on by me at the time. They also said that they returned it back to the warehouse on December 5th, but now it is December 23rd and they only told me what is going on December 23rd; and they would have had enough time to try and resend it 2 additional times. Things are very suspicious with this company.

I placed an order on December 2nd. Only because the website listed the item in stock and delivered to me by 12/10. On 12/12 I started contacting them the only way available which is a message (no phone number). I included the order number and my email. Two day slater I get a response asking for my order number and my email. I again sent this information. Three days go by and I disputed the charge with my CC company. On 12/19 I got an email from Cutywood that my order shipped. It is 12/22 and I do not have it. The charged my card on 12/2 but my order didn't ship for 17 days. If I knew this company was in China I never would of ordered.

I ordered December 3rd. I just found out December 19th that it just now went out. since I received no information from you I reordered thinking I had messed up. Now I have 2 orders going to the same address because you never said the first was even going out. Your excuse was ridiculous and to compensate you offered me a night light for my troubles! You did not even offer me a puzzle to go with it! I will not be ordering anything else with you.

They use AI in their products and website graphics.

Asked support to cancel an order same day after placing it. Days later I get an email saying it shipped, and then a reply from them saying they can't cancel it because it shipped. I ask if I can return the item for a refund upon receiving it. They say "Yes" but then ignore my request to ship it back and instead talk about refunding the shipping cost after they said they'd take it back. Then when I get the item and again ask to send it back, they try to make me pay for the return shipping, trying to convince me to just keep the item.

I wanted to change my order, I do not want the snow globe.

it was a very simple process to order. I hope the actual product is high quality and easily assembled.

Early in the day, I tried to buy something but didn't have the cc on me to pay. when i got home an email ask to finish the order, which I did, but it also said to use a 20% off code, I used Ilovecw. It didn't work. Otherwise, I would have given you 5 stars.

Very easy to order from your website. Can’t wait to receive your product.

When I was done, I expected an email confirming my sale. All I got were more marketing emails.
