Scam! Ordered and never received plus they kept charging my card for some subscription I never signed up for or was aware of. Each charge was under a different threadz name so not to raise awareness. I see this over and over in the reviews. Wish I had seen this before ordering. Please do not make this mistake! Will contact my credit company over this fraud!

This rating would be listed as MINUS ZERO if it were possible. This is a fraudulent company. They steal your money and never deliver the product you paid for. They also take your card number and continuously charge you without permission, somehow signing you up for a ghost subscription that I was NEVER made aware of. So far I’ve been charged $120 in 2 months, never received the original product I ordered, and after realizing this is a TOTAL SCAM, I’ve requested a refund and they just keep giving the run around that it’s on Its way, it’s my banks issue, etc. Well now there is a major fraud investigation going on. After being charged 29.98 and 39.99 twice for a subscription I never signed up for, I closed my card so further charges could not be placed on my account. Empty promises of refunds and instead of Barrel sweat pants, I received a pair of cheap socks from China to the tune of $110.00. Customer service just goes back and forth since October order… useless
BEWARE

Ignore or stay away. Do not entertain at all.
I ordered a barrel pants and I got a shock of receiving a pair black socks. After 7 days, they billed me again for a so called subscription that I wasn't aware.
Beware of this company. Ignore if it pops up on your facebook, instagram or anywhere.
Do not even entertain their ads.

I did not receive the items (2 pair of sweats)ordered. I only received a pair of socks, I see someone else had the same issue. My package was delivered to the wrong address also and was left at my address with a note. I was billed 3 times and had to block my debit card and replace it. I have submitted 3 requests for a refund by check as I will no longer give them my account information.

Ordered a pair of pants form Threadz and when the shipping notification appeared in my email - the package I received was a pair of socks. I’ve tried three different ways to contact the company. One week later - no replies and I’m out $30. Do not order from this company!

I ordered a custom birthday banner March 14 for my daughter’s birthday party April 6 and still haven’t received it. When I wrote asking for a refund, their customer service rep said that I would not be refunded. I have never been held accountable by a company for a shipping mishap. That their customers are forced to shoulder that is incredible to me, and something they should make them aware of. I will never order from this company again, and will warn anyone looking for something custom to avoid ordering from them. I could not be more disappointed.

Just received the items I ordered (Jan 8th). Design looks fine, normal. Do NOT go off the shipment dates given to you on the website above the items you wish to order. Very inaccurate. Mine had said Jan 3-5th for delivery. Now one shirt I ordered is useless to me (and of course is customized so I can't return). Buyer just be aware that shipment times are inaccurate!

The reason why I went with this company was because it gave me an estimated arrival of my package in time for my event, however it did not arrive on time.

My son's shirt came out amazing and he cannot wait to wear it on his birthday. The quality of the shirt is fantastic, I will definitely order from here again!

The shirt was the wrong size and unfortunately we couldn't use it. It was an M and I ordered a S. It was huge on my son, by the time he grows into it he will be 8 or even 9 and it was for his 7th birthday so there is a 7 on it and for that reason he won't be able to ever wear it. It was a waste of money. I will never order from this company ever again.

Banner was perfectly made with customization. I was very pleased and my child loved their birthday banner! Would definitely recommend.

Delivery took 3 weeks even though website says 3-5 days. No communication. Received shirts 2 weeks after party.

The items came looking great and quickly. My family also ordered some banners for my birthday and they were able to get them quickly

The banner looked awesome especially getting the 3.5x7 was definitely worth it.
