I have been charged for 37 months for a service I cannot access. The website consistently blocks my login and password recovery, making it impossible to cancel the subscription manually. This is a clear predatory practice. I have already contacted my bank to trigger a chargeback for the last 120 days and reported this to the authorities. I demand a full refund of the remaining 33 months of unauthorized charges. Stop hiding behind technical errors to steal from customers.

They just charge you without authorisations . Please don't get scammed by them don't put your card details with them.

Als je je abonnement opzegt, bevestigen ze dit. Maar halen toch de maand erop opnieuw geld van je rekening. Best om niet te beginnen met hen. Alleen maar problemen.

Débit automatique pour un abonnement que je n’ai pas clairement souscrit.
Le site laisse penser à un paiement ponctuel, puis active un renouvellement automatique. Résultat : prélèvement surprise.
Les conditions liées à l’abonnement ne sont pas suffisamment mises en évidence au moment du paiement.
Je déconseille sans lecture attentive des conditions et vérification de l’absence d’abonnement

Like the other reviews say, its a scam so please don’t fall for it.

Cv offer- 2,00 eur.
Then they subscribe you without asking and charge 20,00 eur without your permission, via Paypal.
When you make a complaint, they cancel subscription but don't return money.
So, in total. 24,00 eur for one CV.
Which you could have written in Word anyway.

Il 15 dicembre ho pagato 1.79€ per un CV, e fino a qui nessun problema. Il 29 dicembre mi prelevano 22€ per un abbonamento mai sottoscritto con loro. È una truffa, statene distanti

I used the platform for once at 25th of August.I didn’t realise that it was a platform that had monthly subscription.so they didn’t also inform by email later on that I was subscribed and they charged my card automatically 19€.I realised it later on and cancelled the subscription but they send me mails that I have to pay another 19€ .unacceptable customer service.never again!

You, cv maker, must return my 20 euros because I have reported you to the consumer authority and if you do not return the money, I will report you as a page and close it. That's why those 20 euros are mine, you have no reason to lie to people, so you probably buy a cv for 1.79 euros and then get a 20 euro subscription with your bank details. You are a fraud. Legally, you will be closed as a page so that other people do not get deceived by you. Don't lie to them, it is a scam page.
