Attention arnaqueur qualifié. Ils mettent 1,95€ par CV mais c'est en réalité 34,99€ tous les mois. C'est un sale arnaqueur derrière le compte, et le compte est basé en Suisse.

Paid 99p for a CV template, that was rubbish anyway, then it tried to charge me £34.99 a week later. I don't even have a passworded account with them. Thank goodness for Monzo automatically rejecting the payment!!

Paid 90p for a cv and then found that they had taken £34.99 from my account on three occasions. I definitely didn’t request this. Bank are now involved.

I was looking for help with a cover letter. Paid for 7 days to get my letter. The letter was awful, repetitive and made no sense. What I didn’t realise is that by paying for 7 days I was then signed up to a monthly subscription for £34.99 with no notification.

Paid 90p for a CV on a totally different website to this, zero mention of this £34.99 payment anywhere and no emails to mention this whatsoever. When I google this website nothing even shows up so how would I have even found this website to make this payment? They are connected to another and are sneakily robbing people through this. I have cancelled through using forgot password when searching for their full URL but again I never signed up to this website or ever used it so why would my account be here. I have taken this up with my bank and I am hoping they resolve it. I don't normally leave reviews but I wanted to ensure everyone is well aware of what they are doing and to made aware. This is a "clever" way to rob people but thats what it is theft, stay clear.

Si je pouvais, j'aurais mis 0 ou moins 20 ! Je n'ai pas utilisé ce site pour créer un CV, et j'ai reçu depuis octobre 2025 un prélèvement de 34,99€/mois jusqu'en janvier 2026 et je viens de m'en apercevoir ! C'est HONTEUX ! Bande voleurs cette société ! Pratiques frauduleuses !!! Je suis en train d'essayer de voir d'où ça vient comme je ne suis pas passée par leur site ! C'est HONTEUX de voleur des chômeurs qui ont déjà du mal à joindre les 2 bouts à la fin du mois !!!

Ordered a cover letter from CV Pronto £0.90p Then got billed for £34.99/mth from CVOtimmo (who i'd never heard of) They are linked together & there's something in the small print of the purchase T&C's that allows them to charge you the £34.99/mth
Its purposely deliberately designed this way to defraud you, you may stop the recurring charges but they stand a chance of getting the first payment. Obviously the credit cards fraud department should protect you, my claim is still being processed

Après avoir payé une fois 0.99c pour un CV, il semblerait que j'ai été abonné à mon insu à Cvottimo, et ai été débité 3 fois de 34.99e, en novembre, décembre et janvier. Le premier débit a été fait 4j après mon paiement initial. À savoir que je n'aurais AUCUN intérêt à souscrire à un abonnement, et ne l'aurais donc pas fait consciemment. N'utilisez surtout pas leur service, au risque de vous faire voler.

This company have taken 2 payments of £34.99 out of my bank without my permission. I paid 90p for a one off covering letter and then I realised they then 2 a payment of £34.99 one week later, then again in November, I haven't asked for or signed up to a subscription and I can't find anywhere to email to get them to stop !!!!!!! Thankfully I managed to get my bank to stop the December payment but they've tried to take another £34.99 out my account AGAIN !! Although a saving grace of I didn't have enough money in. I'm heading to my bank tomorrow to see what they can do as it's a complete scam .... THIS COMPANY IS FRAUDULENTLY TAKING MONEY FROM PEOPLE'S ACCOUNTS WITHOUT THEIR PERMISSION OR KNOWLEDGE .... Stay clear guys

Alors on est tous d'accord que ce site est un ramassis de menteurs et de voleurs. Avant de bloquer vos cartes aller sur leur site CvOttimo.com et accédez à votre compte. Vous allez dans les paramètres tout en bas et vous voyez votre abonnement. Vous faites "Modifier" puis vous annulez cet abonnement. Par contre ils vont vous affichez pleins de "pubs" pour des prix réduits. Ne les enlevez pas sinon la demande de résiliation ne sera pas pris en compte. Sur ces pubs choisissez la phrase "je ne souhaite pas avoir ces avantages" (il y en a deux), et normalement ils ont résiliez votre abonnement! Pour un quelconque remboursement, oubliez, ils ont tout prévu ces vautours, dans leur contrat il est stipulé qu'on peut être remboursé sous 14jours

Navré mais vous n'êtes nullement fiable . Comment pourriez vous effectuer un prélèvement sur le cb d'une personne sans qu'il l'ait volontairement initié ?
Vous dites le mettre sur votre site , mais pourquoi ne l'exprimer vous pas clairement avant que la personne valide la création du cv ?

C'était une malheureuse expérience d'avoir effectué un cv via votre site , là j'ai déclaré " fraude" via ma banque. Navré mais si je pouvais lire clairement que un prélèvement de 34. 99 euros sera effectué via ma banque , au grand jamais j'aurai fait un cv via votre site. J'ai appris que les vols se cachent derrière des offres moins coûteuses initié par des acteurs très professionnels pour le rendre invisible.

Voilà le ressenti de ma pire expérience. J'espère que ça vous aidera à améliorer vos services.
