SCAM DO NOT USE

Would give them zero stars as they are a scam. never signed up to pay them any money, and now they are taking £34.99 per month from my account. I have tried to conatct them several times over a period of a few weeks through their message app but no reply. I can login as i dont have an account tried forgotten password but they do not send email tried all my email accounts but nothing. there is no telephone number to contact or seperate email. now contacting my bank and reporting them for fraud, and claiming the money back. DO NOT LOOK AT THEIR WEBSITE.

This company are trying to take money


This company are trying to take money from my account but when i try and log on, it doesnt recognise my email address! this is clearly fraud as if my email was registered, it would be recognised for me to try and cancel!

Very sneaky site used one time £2


Very sneaky site used one time £2 service and it’s keep taking my money 34.99 I don’t know how to cancel it there are no contact number so can talk very very disappointed this company is very bad do not use there services otherwise you will loose your all the money in your bank account don’t even know how to cancel and take my refund please if anyone here please help me to cancel this

Very sneaky company

Very sneaky company! I used the service for a one time cover letter, not to mention the website kept crashing and I wasn't able to use it more than once. I had selected the service for less than £2 for one week. I did not see anywhere that this would then turn into a subscription, one of £34.99 for that matter. I was unaware I was signing up to anything.
If it is mentioned on their website it is intentionally not clear. All you see in large letters is the price of £1 something for the week. Be very careful, thankfully for me, my bank blocked the payment as it came up as suspicious.

🚚 ARNAQUE 🚚🚚🚚 d habitude je suis trÚs vigilante aux conditions mais là rien vu, ce site propose création CV à 2,99 et ensuite vous préleve 34,90 ts les mois. Aucun message qui propose la rétractation, contraire à la loi.
Veuillez tt de suite stopper les prélÚvements et je vous prie le remboursement depuis novembre 2024.c est du vol, vous devriez avoir honte de piller des gens dans le besoin.

Zero stars not available. How to we contact these people. They’ve tried to take 34.99 from my account for the past week even though my bank has blocked the charge this is harassment. It’s constantly on my bank statement now that this company is trying to take 34.99 from me it’s getting a little bit annoying.

Bonsoir vous osez demander ce qui ne va pas ? vous prélevez sans arrêt sur mon compte bancaire sans autorisation et vous demandez pour quoi une étoile ?
je vous demande d'arrêter ce petit jeu car cela ne m'amuse pas du tout. J'ai transféré une copie du mail à la répression des fraudes. Et je vous laisse entre les mains du Dieu tout puissant.

Je suis d accord avec ce qui a été dit, j ai voulu créér un CV on m a annoncé une demande de paiement de 0.99€ et ensuite pour une modification 1.99€ mais je m'aperçois qu un paiement de 34.99€ sans mon consentement a été fait sur mon compte et en plus un abonnement de 7.99€. mais quelle arnaque a fuir absolument
