This is the worst deceptive CV company ever after reviewing my CV. They charged me for two years. Iâve been contacting them for two years to delete my account. I would not refer anybody actually they need to be sued by everybody. They charge me $34.95x24 =$838.80 every month. They need to be sued for every account they are robbing. Iâm looking for a lawyer who can handle my case pro bono 00925661 case number to try resolve the issue

Disappointing and misleading refund experience
I had a very poor experience with CVTools Pro regarding billing and customer support. I was charged immediately after the trial period ended, without any reminder or warning, even though I had not used the service at all.
When I contacted support right after noticing the charge and canceled the subscription, my refund request was denied based purely on âterms and conditions,â without taking into account that the service was unused. Instead of resolving the issue fairly, they offered a free year of serviceâwhich I did not need and never asked forâinstead of a refund.
While they may be âright on paper,â the approach feels unfriendly and inflexible toward customers. A more customer-oriented company would prioritize trust and long-term relationships over forcing a payment due to a misunderstanding.
I would not recommend this service based on my experience.
