You said, I should delite the protection of HP printer in order to permit your cartridge H305BXXL. The answer from HP was, you can not anymore delite the prodtection for the original cartridge. That is the reason why I want my money back. Wrang information.

We recently purchased an office multi function printer to replaced our old one.
After calling Cartridge World and seeking the advise of Andri Theodorou (who has been our account representative for over 10 years!) we were immediately sent some model suggestions to fit our workload and after choosing one, the order was made and delivered by the reliable Gavin who is always helpful and does the extra service to make sure that everything is satisfactory with our orders.
That's why we would recommend Cartridge World to anyone that needs office equipment and accessories.

Poor service
In my first order, you sent one of the two orders containing the same products to the wrong address. Additionally, your packaging was very poor; the cardboard spools containing the filaments were damaged. My second order was canceled because you didn’t have proper inventory control, and this caused me to waste time.
Update: They reached out to me, sincerely apologized for the issues that occurred, and offered options to make it up to me. Since I saw their genuine concern and their efforts to ensure these issues don’t happen again in the future, I am updating my low rating.

Shipping Error: You are correct—we made a mistake in the routing for your second order. We appreciate you bringing it to our attention so we could have the package moved to the correct BoxNow location.
Packaging: We are sorry to hear the cardboard spools arrived damaged. We aim for our filaments to arrive in top condition, and we are currently reviewing our transit protection to prevent this from happening again.
Inventory: We regret that we had to cancel your third order. A stock discrepancy meant we could not fulfill the additional ASA you required, and we understand that this was a waste of your time.
We would like to make this right regarding the damaged spools. Please contact us at salesadmin@cwcyprus.com or via our 777 777 85 so we can find a fair solution for you.
