My cwinz id is 808625115, I made a profit and I made a withdrawal of 500 on 13 th april morning 4.23 AM and till today morning that is 15 th april 2.30 am, the withdrawl shows pending and today th status changed to successfully on 2.30 AM , its been 12 hrs after status showing successful , but amount not credited in my account , and I was trying to chat with the agents , they will say , we will assign our live agent and they don't reply you back ,
When one deposit is pending , we can't make another withdrawal , I made a good profit , because of this pending withdrawl I can't withd the money , so I played and lost all of the money now ...

I used to deposit many times in this website from nearly 4 years and now these days they are so dispointing and still now myoney not credited to my bank accoun

However, recently I have started facing serious problems with both payments and support.

First, withdrawals made during Sunday nights often go into pending status, and in one case, the withdrawal failed and I had to place it again to receive my money. This shows inconsistency in their payment system.

The major issue happened with a deposit of ₹4,999.23 via SIMPLY Pay (UPI – PhonePe). I completed the payment on time, and the amount was successfully debited from my bank account, but the website showed “payment not received” and the order expired.

Now my money is deducted but not credited to my account.

While support initially asked me to wait 24 hours, after that time passed, I was told to wait another 48–72 hours, which is extremely frustrating and unprofessional.

I have been a loyal player on Cwinz for 4 years with high stakes, but today I am forced to write this. I deposited ₹50,000 on 02/04/2026 via UPI (UTR: 645804524184). Despite providing the bank statement and transaction screenshots, the amount is still not credited to my Player ID: 1233201394.
The support team (Rach/Niky) keeps giving the same scripted replies for the last 10 days, asking for "another 24-48 hours." This is daylight robbery. If my money is not credited or refunded immediately, I am taking all my chat transcripts and payment proofs to the Cyber Crime Department.
Stop stealing from your loyal players!
