At first I had to send a picture of my face, my ID card and a newspaper. After that was accepted I had to send a video with my face, ID card and one of my social media accounts as if the first step wasn’t enough. After that they decided to close my account because I am laundering money. Joke of a company.

after a few days I just gave up the money and lost on random bets. After that i asked them to perma ban my account, didnt respons, so I made a ticket.

I wasnt even gonna write this review, but since it took over 3 emails back and forth with them on why i wanted the ban, + they asked me that i can freeze my account to cool off instead....

Enviaram uma promocao com bonus de 120%, depositei e fui apostando. Estava com 2700€ quando no dia seguinte removeram da minha conta 2400€, cancelando as apostas que ganhei. I could not place any bet anymore, due to missing verification. This without any warning. It's been now one week and I'm still not verified, even after uploading all required documents quickly. Customer Support doesn't reply to my mails anymore. There reply was always they I will hear from support. They don't tell you when documents are declined. You constantly need to check yourself.
Stay away. They trying everything they can to delay withdrawals and stop you from getting your money.

Update: after one week finally some update again. Second ID document needed. Sont unserstand why. Support still needs to be improved drastically. Again no update by mail. I had to go in and check the status myself.

Update 2: verification finally done, but the whole process is very frustrating. Not let's see if withdrawal will work without any problems

Pésimo no se metan aquí, logré liberar el bono y cuando quise retirar el dinero congelaron la cuenta, y cada vez me piden más y más documentos para retirar, los rechazan sin dar explicación y el servicio al cliente no da solución, no sabes con quien hablar para solucionar nada como en otras casas de apuestas, es para mi una estafa, no.pierdan su dinero amigos.

total estafa, abri una cuenta, jugue primero perdi, deposite mas dinero y gane varias veces. cuando tenia un monto aproximado de 800 dolares decidi retirar el dinero y me dicen que mi cuenta fue congelada por creas varias cuentas, siendo que solo tengo 1 cuenta. Nunca me demostraron las supuestas cuentas que abri, y nunca tube ninguna respuesta.

Bueno, pues como tantos aquí, esta página es una completa estafa, pero no se preocupen porque les voy a detallar todo lo que pueda como ha sido todo esto, y no dudaré en tomar efectos legales si es lo que se necesita porque si, me han estafado 1538€.

Todo comienza cuando hace mucho me debí de registrar pero ahí dejé la cuenta, pues total el día de Navidad me llega un correo de que tengo un bono del 200% en el primer depósito. Total que me animo y meto 50€.

Luego me di cuenta de que había un rollover x50, pero en mi caso misteriosamente era de x100 ya que ingresé 50 euros y me pedían 5000 para desbloquear la retirada.

Al saber eso aposté todo y gané, volví a apostar todo lo ganado y gane, y así hasta llegar a 600€, tuve suerte. Una vez que llegue a esa cantidad pues fui haciendo apuestas pero para mi sorpresa ya estaban limitadas a max 148€. Seguí ganando y lo limitaron a 74. Seguí jugando lo limitaron a 22. Seguí jugando y cuanto más me acercaba al bono menos me dejaba apostar. Me quedaban 600 euros para liberar el bono y solo me dejaba apostar de 9 en 9. Vi eso y estuve media hora haciendo apuestas de 9€ temiendo a que me limitaran sin previo aviso.

Que pasó? Que con suerte y haciendo tooodas esas apuestas llegué a liberar el bono con 1500 euros.

Ahora viene la pesadilla.

A la hora de retirar subiendo toda la documentación me piden una adicional que la subo y la aprueban. Pero mágicamente se me bloquea las retiradas y me dicen que hable con soporte.

Yo hablo y me piden cosas que jamas en una casa de apuestas me habían pedido para retirar mi dinero. Selfie con su página de inicio que se viera fecha y hora y selfie con un periódico reciente que se viera la fecha y hora. Increíble.

Los subo correctamente perdiendo mi tiempo y dinero del periódico y me responden que a los 5 días me darán una respuesta, que por supuesto no me dieron.

A los 7 días les escribo y mágicamente me mandan un correo que mi cuenta se ha cerrado por motivos de seguridad.

De vergüenza. No se como los Estados pertinentes permiten funcionar una página así que solo pone trabas y ni siquiera deja retirar a los usuarios pidiendo datos que jamás han pedido otras casas de apuestas.

Y así es como me quedo sin mi dinero ganado limpiamente y sin mi deposito de 50€.

No pagan si ganas. Mas de 400 días esperando.

Si ganas te congelan la cuenta para verificar tu identidad: fotos,dni, videollamada, foro con periódico, etc.

Yo lo hice pero desde hace más de un año no me pagan, llega un momento en el que dejan de contestar tus correos.
