I can’t recommend Mark and Jason highly enough. Not only are they two of the nicest guys you’ll ever meet, but they are also incredibly knowledgeable and informative.

I’ve been bringing my bikes to them for servicing for several years now, and they always deliver top-tier work. Most recently, they sorted out a wheel/freehub issue for me with ease. It’s rare to find such a high level of technical expertise combined with such a welcoming approach. If you need your bike seen by people who actually care about their craft, this is the place to go!

Brilliant service from Mark, changed the bottom bracket on my electric bike, competent and efficient and reasonable price.

The people, just 2 of them, are extremely knowledgeable. They fixed 2 fairly old bikes (Bianchi and Boardman) overnight - because they needed parts. The job was well done, the costs were transparent and the whole thing was done with personal service and a full guarantee. Highly recommended. Ian.

The staff were skilled and very knowledgeable about all aspects of cyling and had the experience and expertise to service everything from Rohloff hubs to electric assist cycles. Highly recommended.
