Great customer service and excellent product

The delivery was on time, I was given proper updates on what time of the day, and his location too.

The product had arrived and opened the package. Assembled and found that the mount was not proper fit. I had checked the description from the website and was mentioned that it should fit. I had checked with the customer service and mentioned that something is missing but it was explained that the “spacer” is sold separately. I was misled a little bit. Anyway, i ordered a different mount (110) separately just to let the item work. Paid and waited for the item but i was surprised that it was also sold out. I was left with no option but to refund that part order and was told that they will cancel and refund me the payment.

I ordered the mount from another dealer which came from Germany just to let the existing set work. At the same time, i got a response from technical team by treefrog and said that there should have been an option to choose the mount size of that particular model. I received the part and replaced / installed the new part. It is properly working and the product is great.

Almost 3 weeks passed, i am still waiting for the refund though.

I order my bike from this website and at least for your customer pls assemble the brake and gear cable to the mount at least so your custome just only left to assemble the body. And they didn’t gave enough part for the brake cable and I have to buy and then send to the bike shop myself.

I purchased two bikes, advertised as assembled in the UAE, for 486 and 370 AED. Delivery was an extra 140 AED. There was no mention of additional charges. The bikes ship separately and there was an additional delivery and customs fee of 328 SAR on the single bike that was advertised for 486 AED. Between the delivery fee from the store, the outrageous shipping company fees and the cost to assemble, the fees will be more than the cost of the bikes. Buyer beware.

Update - the second bike finally arrived missing the basket, screws for the brakes and with a bulge in one tire. I’ll update this review if I receive a refund for this horrible purchase.
