Very well made AI Coaching for every goal. Great interface, only there is no android app. So I have to use it in the browser, but it is not a problem. It is very adaptable to situations, even gave me a suggestion when it was very hot to reduce the training load and to remember to drink enough.

First paid week. For now, a very good experience. The AI is responsive and not accondescending like many. The plan can modified accordingly to your needs every time you feel. Text notes can be inserted and the AI counts them as indications for the trainings. Well made, better than others I tried. It's worth the price I guess.

Its like having 24Hr access to a knowledgeable coach. Its flexible enough to adjust to whether I'm feeling good or my HRV is down, etc

Its exactly what i need to stop me just going out and riding what i fancy, rather than what is best for me in the long term to increase my fitness.

It is early days, but so far so good. The session was easy to follow and the format seemed logical. I am enjoying the communication, including the feedback, explanatory notes and tips. The cycling focused gym sessions are great and having the ability to move a session when life gets in the way is outstanding. I’m looking forward to getting deeper into the program.

It's very easy to use, but it needs adjustments because sometimes it gives wrong answers.

The explanation of the science behind the training is fantastic. Really brings home the understanding as to why I'm doing a particular block of specific training at a particular period. The instructions are easy to follow and the training is well balanced.

App schaut super aus. Sehr übersichtlich. KI-Trainer gibt sinnvolle Antworten und adaptiert den Plan nach den Angaben der User. Freu mich aufs Training 🦵💪

It works OK but it could be better. Often I have to repete the AI to not use sub-zone for mapping my training witch I found really annoying.
Unfortunately there is not an app for android users but It has been upgrading day by day.

Até o momento o aplicativo está fazendo uma boa leitura de fadiga, apesar de não possuir sensor de potencia, apenas com o cardíaco e cadência está fazendo um otimo trabalho. veremos o desenvolvimento futuro como vai ser.
