Damaged

Arrived in a flimsy bag and damaged.
Contact seller who promptly refunded. Plus addressed the issue by removing from their site. Great customer service.

As an older person I do worry sometimes


As an older person I do worry sometimes if what an online company is selling, is exactly what it’s supposed to be. I can safely say Cycolinks are a company that sell exactly what they advertise. They’re great at keeping you updated on your order. Recommend 👍🏻

Excellent company

Excellent company. The bracelet was made to such high quality and the correspondence was excellent. Always kept up to date with despatch, delivery. I brought the wrong bracelet but the customer service was so helpful and went to the ends of the earth to help me out. I can not express how impressed I am with all aspects of Cycolinks.

I purchased as a gift and the 1st time


I purchased as a gift and the 1st time the recipient put it on the strap coating cracked around the buckle, I made cycolinks aware and a replacement was sent no quibble and very apologetic. Yes it was disappointing but cannot fault the customer service

Really impressed!

I’ve got 5 cycolink split bracelets - 3 for me and 2 for my grandchildren.
They’re excellent value for money and the colours are really good quality as are the bracelets materials all round. The magnetic clasps are very secure and the fit is perfect.
I’m very pleased with these items!!!
