Acquisto telefono iPhone 12 pro. All’inizio tutto bene. Dopo 25 giorni dall’utilizzo lo schermo del telefono diventa verde, e a distanza di due giorni non si accende nemmeno più. Scrivo subito per usufruire del ridicolo periodo di garanzia che offrono (30 giorni), ma non mi rispondono. Per fortuna ho pagato con PayPal, apro immediatamente contestazione, convertita in reclamo dopo circa 10 giorni, perché hanno continuato a non rispondere. Oggi 3 agosto 2024 la pratica è stata chiusa a mio favore, con rimborso integrale di PayPal, perché hanno continuano a non rispondere anche con reclamo PayPal. Quindi esperienza negativa, risolta con rimborso integrale a mio favore solo grazie al fatto che avevo pagato con PayPal.

For some reason, your ticket did not appear on our interface. Of course we do not send empty packages to our customers. We would have been out of business otherwise by now. However, unfortunately the delivery men like to open them and steal the content sometimes. Unfortunately, this is not something we can act upon.
However, your ticket will be answered today by our team, and you will be of course fully refunded (or we can send you a new product if you'd like).
We are very sorry for your trouble, but please understand that we are not UPS and do not control their staff.

Update : Mr Sawyer, the Backmarket team has asked you to fill in a declaration for us to close the case and refund you on 19th of july. We are expecting those documents to close the case. You will be refunded as soon as we get those documents. We are not scammers ;)

Great support
Extremely nice & helpful! The device arrived with a faulty screen. I have contacted Cykero and the problem was resolved immediately. I've sent back the device, it got repaired and sent to me again in a matter of days. Great customer support :)! (And the device works great!)
