I recently moved here from cyrpus ivf hospital. The communication has been the best, the hospital the staff I can not fault them

They got us pregnant first time!

After a terrible experience with a different clinic in Cyprus (Cyprus IVF Hospital) we did FOUR collections with them and two failed transfers before we took the decision to move.

We were recommended British IVF hospital and I am SO GLAD we came to them.

We did an egg collection each again. This incredible clinic and DR Eylem took my wife Ciara from 3 and 4 eggs with the first clinic to 22! We couldn’t believe it. She got 3 NHS tested euploids! A huge feat considering she’s never known to actually have a viable embryo out of many rounds. We got our Christmas miracle!

First transfer and pregnant. My body was ready, the protocol was perfect, my progesterone was tested before transfer and was perfect. DR Eylem’s care was beautiful, so detailed, so gentle, so sweet and lovely to deal with. She is so dedicated to her job and we can’t thank her and the amazing team enough. We trusted her at every step and it paid off.

The building is a brand new, stand alone facility, dedicated to their patients only. It’s very professional, immaculately clean and high tech. The embryology lab is right next to the theatre, exactly where it should be and the constant communication and checking when it came to whose embryos, how many etc made me feel safe and comfortable. The amazing co-ordinators are so lovely and Hisham got our little boy a present which kept him occupied.

Forever grateful to you all and I’m sure we will return for baby number 3 in a few years! Xxx

Anne olma hayali ve hevesi ile haftalar süren araştırmalarımın sonunda, güven ve sempati duyduğum tek klinik olan British IVF sayesinde Kasım 2024’te ilk transferim gerçekleşti.
Transfer öncesinde, sırasında ve sonrasında, özellikle Aycan, her soruma -oldukça açık ve anlaşılır bir şekilde- cevap verdi. Açıkçası her dakika doktorumu aramak zorunda kalmadan, her soruma yanıt aldım. Doktorumla da ne zaman istesem konuştum. Erdal Hoca o kadar mükemmel bir doktor ve insan ki her konuşmasında beni motive etti, kafamdaki sisi dağıttı ve her şeyi tek tek açıkladı.

Hastane tertemiz, çalışanlar çok sevimli.

Umuyorum ki güzel ve sıcak bir Kıbrıs tatiline, çocuğum (ya da çocuklarım) ile gidip British IVF’yi, Erdal Hocamı ve Aycancığımı da ziyaret ederim.

We contacted British IVF in Cyprus for egg donation. The customer representative we contacted was Ms. Filiz. After preliminary discussions, we agreed on the treatment.
At first, we postponed the treatment because my wife's blood tests were negative. Afterwards, when the blood tests were not positive, Ms. Filiz called me and said, "You should come in advance and give me sperm and let's do insemination." I did not accept it. When my wife's blood tests returned to normal, Op. Dr. Ms Eylem wanted an ultrasound. As a result of the ultrasound, two 1 cm and 1 3.5 cm myoma were detected in the uterus and it was said that the uterus was not smooth. The doctor who detected this stated that hysteroscopy surgery was necessary before transfer. I conveyed this to Ms. Filiz on September 16, 2024. Filiz Hanım, Op. Dr. Ms Eylem looked at the results and said there was no problem, come on September 18, 2024. When I say "it can't be like this, we have had in vitro fertilization treatment 9 times before and we have experience" I said. Ms Eylem called me. She convinced me by saying "we can do this, we can do that"... When I called Ms. Filiz before going to Cyprus, I was told that she was leaving her job and Ms. Damla would take care of us instead. We quickly started looking for tickets. We bought two tickets, the cheapest of which was 13 thousand, and went to Cyprus. I gave a sample on September 19th and we started waiting for the transfer day on September 24th. They said that there were 10 embryos left on the first day, 7 embryos on the second day, 5 embryos on the third day and finally 3 embryos of good quality on the fifth day. When we went to the hospital for embryo transfer on September 24, Op. Dr. Ms. Eylem asked about the medicines we used. Since my wife was not told to use Progestan Dex needle, Progestan capsule and Predrol tablet before the transfer by the new customer representative Ms. Damla, Op. Dr. Ms. Eylem said that we cannot transfer in this way, the embryos cannot hold. Naturally, the transfer was canceled and they said they would freeze 3 embryos. Because of this grievance, Op. Dr. Ms. Eylem apologized and said that we will cover our plane tickets, hotel, embryo freezing and embryo transfer fees for the next month, you will get on the plane and come, you will have the transfer and go home the next day without going through accounting. So we accepted.
On October 28, they called again for 2 embryo transfers.
By the way, they only covered the flight tickets and took 1000 Euros before the transfer... We said hope for the best and paid...
On October 28, before the embryo transfer, a form came to us... It said that the thawed embryos were 3 and the remaining embryos were 0... When we asked why 3 embryos were thawed... Embryologist Şöhret Hanım said that we will transfer the 2 best quality embryos. However, the quality of all 3 embryos was known before the transfer, which was due to their own mistakes and was canceled on September 24. What kind of science and practice is this?
So, we asked, what will happen to the last remaining embryo? They said we will freeze it again. So, if this embryo is frozen twice, won't its quality decrease, we asked? They said nothing would happen. However, in the form they signed for embryo storage, it was written that 'depending on the quality of the stored embryos and the way the freezing technique is applied, the viability of the whole frozen embryo or some of the cells it contains may be lost after thawing.'
As a result, the transfer was made. Op. Dr. Ms. Eylem said that the transfer was very successful and she was very hopeful and added, I want a Beta-HCG test on November 6th. Under normal circumstances, it should have been tested on November 9th at the earliest... On November 6th, the result was lower than 1.20, meaning it was negative... We had the test done again the next day at another hospital to be sure, and the result was disappointing again!
We sought answers to what happened and objected... They did not help us in any way. Ms. Damla even called and said, "Let me send you a disposal form for the 3rd embryo." What kind of approach is this? I said no... We will file a lawsuit if necessary!
Everyone who makes negative comments is told on the internet that there is no record of such a patient in our hospital. We have a record of all analysis and results... We will share it if necessary...
I leave it all to God!

I absolutely 100% recommend British Cyprus IVF Hospital.

The communication, patient care and hospital itself is second to none.

Burcu and Dr Eylem are fantastic. They are always there to answer any questions or help with any worries. I always get answers to my questions and concerns. Even after returning to the UK the communication and care is great. The reception team are just so lovely and Lilly is just great, she helps with anything she can. Even the accounts staff are so lovely. The theatre team, nurses and embryologists are all so lovely too and they are all very friendly and explain everything before and after. I have never been so stress free or at ease when doing an IVF cycle.

I cannot fault this clinic or the staff. I am awaiting bloods etc for confirmation of treatment success but either way I would like to thank them all for their care, friendliness and professionalism.

In the UK I had 7 cycles prior to going to Northern Cyprus amd felt as if I was on a production line and no real care there. Absolutely nothing like the care I've received in Cyprus and still receiving even though I am back in the UK now after treatment.

We have had such great experience at British Cyprus IVF. We would like to convey our heartfelt gratitude to British IVF team especially Dr Eylem and Leyla. We were very skeptical initially as we stayed in the UK. But from the very first call with Leyla and our consultation Dr Eylem, they have been extremely supportive and helpful and turned our journey into a positive experience.
Dr Eylem is very patient and knowledgeable and choose the best options for you. She has been very approachable and available for any queries. Leyla is a very kind and professional. She handles everything else so very efficiently. She is very prompt and quick in her responses. She helped us organise our stay, travel and medicines. We were very impressed with her.
We would also like to thank the rest of team, doctors, embryologist, nurses, staff of British Cyprus IVF. They even came on a Sunday for my procedure . Everyone was very friendly. The facility is very clean and well maintained.

We have just confirmed our pregnancy and overjoyed and hope the rest of journey is as wonderful as the beginning was at British Cyprus IVF. Our special thanks to Dr Eylem and Leyla.

My husband and I had an exceptional experience at British IVF Hospital during our IVF journey. From the very first consultation through phone call to the successful outcome, we were impressed by the professionalism and care provided by the entire team especially Leyla and Dr Eylem.

The doctor, nurses, and support staff were knowledgeable, compassionate, and always available to answer my questions and address our concerns. They guided us through each step of the process, making us feel informed and supported throughout. They even helped me to calm emotionally during the embryo transfer.

The facilities at British IVF Hospital were clean, modern, and well-maintained, creating a comfortable environment during what can be a challenging time. We also appreciated the efficiency of the scheduling and administrative processes, which helped reduce stress during the treatment.

Most importantly, we are thrilled to announce that our IVF cycle was successful, and we are now expecting our long-awaited bundle of joy. I have done my first Beta HCG and scan in the same hospital. Hi, I just wanted to say DR Eylem Thankyou very much, doctor Eylem has been very positive and confident about my pregnancy and she was very sure that I would be pregnant with her professionalism she was able to provide me with the outcome I wanted. I am 44 years old i had very little chnace to get pregnant but with this doctors help I got pregnant from the first embryo. Leyla was also very helpful who kept me updated in the process. All the staff is very professional and amazing. Thankyou very much DR Eylem and leyla and the embryology for making my dream come true. I recommend this for everyone out there who are having a hard time getting pregnant.

Dr Eylem and Burcu are great professionals. The ivf process is long and stressful but they are always available to answer questions and doubts. Dr Eylem is very positive but without giving false hopes. I had to cross half europe but the personalized and human treatment received makes the hole difference! I was very picky with the medical and lab procedures but they and the embriologists team were keen to share and be totally transparent. I totally recommend it.

We cannot thank you enough for treatment you gave us, it seemed impossible, but with your support we have our baby son, it is simply a miracle. After trying IVF from UK, Greece, Ukraine and Cyprus, we pick British Cyprus IVF hospital as last try with half heart. From day one, Burcu and Dr. Eylem gave the full support. For us it was a waste of time as they didn’t provide anything than a standard description of the process. Huge gap between what they promote and what they can deliver.

Before going to British Cyprus IVF we were apprehensive about treatment abroad. But throughout our treatment the clinic and staff have been extremely professional and we recieved better care than we did in any of the clinics we did previous rounds of IVF at in the UK.
We had our first round of IVF at British Cyprus IVF in 2017 and we conceived our son. This time around we went back for a a frozen embryo transfer. Our coordinator Leyla was exceptional and responded to all our questions promptly and patiently. Our consultant Dr Iylem was excellent and went the extra mile to make our cycle possible. Their clam, kind and caring manner was so reassuring. The facilities at the clinic are of a high standard and I would highly recommend it to anyone. We are now expecting our second child. From the point of first contact with British Cyprus Ivf until now after my embryo transfer we have had such a positive experience. The care and communication from our patient coordinator Leyla Tafik and Dr Eylem has been incredible. Leyla has been in constant contact since the first call via whatsapp and has provided all the detailed information i needed while still in the uk. When we arrived in Cyprus, this continued and everyone in the clinic was amazing. We are so so glad we chose this amazing clinic to further our hopes and dreams. Nothing is too much and no question is left unanswered. Now we hope and pray for out positive result. I recommend this clinic if you are looking for ivf abroad!
