Even though I was not able to take advantage of free shipping that was originally offered (because I live in a remote area) - today I went to collect my purchase & I found the staff to be lovely and very helpful indeed.

I placed the order online. The order was delivered in 8 days (regional area). The rug was still in original packaging, however additional sealed packaging was applied which kept the rugs clean and dry during transportation.

The rugs looks great in my lounge. Good quality Turkish rug.

We have bought 3 beautiful rugs from Cyrus rugs and we love them. The staff are helpful and there are so many rugs to choose from. A great shop

We had an amazing experience at Cypress Rugs Mackay. We arrived towards closing and Darin was fantastic. He stayed open late for us and was extremely knowledgeable and helped us make the right decision without pressure and we left very satisfied customers.

Only got one rug and one lady put the phone down on me when I called to find out about it.

In reply, I did not know about the rug not being available and it was only when I called to see where my rugs were that I was told they weren't coming. I did not shout! When I called again, another lady was amazingly helpful, not this first lady.

Fast delivery - gorgeous rug - highly recommend 😊

I purchased a large rug (in stock) on the Cyrus Rugs website. Days later Cyrus Rugs informed me that the purchased rug is currently out of stock. I immediately called to confirm that my rug was indeed in stock at the time of purchase and money was sent quickly and now waiting for delivery from Cyrus Rugs warehouse.

I also asked if stores had any display stock of my desired rug so I may collect in person. I asked if the rug will be restocked. I refused Cyrus Rugs suggestion to choose another style of rug instead.

Administration staff eventually started getting annoyed at my attempts to negotiate any way to receive my purchased rug and eventually they rudely Hung Up The Phone on their upset customer.

I am very disappointed with my first purchase attempt with Cyrus Rugs. I am also very disappointed with Cyrus Rugs Administration Staff claiming that I am angry instead of understanding that I am merely a concerned customer desperately enquiring if other stock is available or if the desired rug is being restocked later.

I want to call Cyrus Rugs Administration again to resolve my $455 purchase but I fear they'll hang up on me again and I won't be able to recover my money. Maybe Fair Trade can assist me.

I’m very happy with my rug l ordered Fusion Embossed rug 102-Blue 290x200. I saw this rug in a grey at a friends home and just loved it, it looks fabulous in my room. Very easy to order online, it was delivered in 11 days

My wife and I had a wonderful experience in-store at Tweed Heads. We walked in with an idea about a rug we wanted, and walked out with 2 rugs! We are so happy with them! A floor runner and a round one for our studio. This was due mostly to the firsthand knowledge, passion and kindness shown by Federico whose honesty, helpful insights and attention to our needs helped us find the perfect rugs for our home. Thank you Federico, you are obviously gifted for the role and we appreciated your time and "nothing too hard" approach with the big range you have. Definitely recommend!

Multiple styles to choose from. Prices vary from affordable to oow ah but the selection is endless and the choice is yours. There's no sales pitch just attentive service. Thank you.

Great range of carpets for size and price. Bought exactly what we wanted and the new rugs look great. Got a 10% discount which was also helpful.

This is the second time I’ve had an extremely positive experience with Naarm at the Slacks Creek store. She knows her inventory extremely well and really listens to what the customer says. I have chosen a Kenya Distressed Rug in Blue and am very happy with my choice and with Naarm’s advice.

The fella working was very helpful with helping me find what I need showing the difference sizings and price that were right for what I needed
