Please read this and do NOT book with this company! Not only was the ticket price significantly higher upon checking out (which later that day it was HALF the price on the actual airline website) they do not follow proper policy and procedures. I called a few hours after booking to cancel the flight .. I read the airline policy for cancellation within 24 hours AND confirmed twice by phone call with the airline that I had a right for full refund because it was within 24 hours- and lucky2go refused to refund me, said a manager would call me back - never did. You can tell they never actually read the airline policy and procedures and didn’t make any efforts to call the airline itself. Please don’t fall for this third party swindle company as I did!

Nous avons été victimes d’une arnaque sur ce site.
Ce matin, nous n’avons pas pu embarquer car l’heure de l’avion a été modifiée et le site «nous aurait » prévenu sur une adresse mail qui n’existe pas ( adresse mail générée par leur plateforme).
Nous avons fait plusieurs réclamations, mais je suis toujours en attente de leur réponse.
En espérant un remboursement sinon je fais appel à mon assistance juridique.
La compagnie Transavia me revoit vers la plate-forme Luky2go.

Al meer als een jaar dat ik moet wachten als ik bel 10/20 /30 minuten .
Het lijkt wel alsof ze geen zin hebben om op te nemen . Service is echt achteruit gegaan. Het maakt niet uit hoe laat je belt,het is ALTIJD druk .
Dien je een klacht in , dan bellen ze je wel .

I would rate this company zero stars if I could. They changed my flight, and the new schedule no longer fit my plans, so I canceled it. However, despite my efforts, I have yet to receive my refund. This situation is absolutely ridiculous.

I strongly advise against purchasing tickets from this company based on my experience.

La peor experiencia , son estafadores eh comprado un voleto lims-Madrid en 1.200€ y no informan condiciones ni documentos necesarios para el viaje una vez llegado el viaje resulta que era con escala en Mexico la cual se necesita una especie de visa y no dejaron embarcar el avión y se perdio el dinero del billete completo sin darme una respuesta alguna , estos intermediadores si así se pueden llamar son LADRONES!!!

If I could give no stars I would. They are truly a scam. Had a flight booked in February and when I got to the airport Frontier stated that they marked my ticket reservation for fraud so I was unable to get on the flight. I had to buy a whole new ticket. Frontier mentioned to me that it was marked as fraud since the ticket was using a discount den ID that was not associated to my name. I contacted lucky2go and they sent me a form for esky. It has been over a month and I have not received a refund for $133.89. They just emailed me saying they have not received anything back from the airline. They are a scam. PLEASE STAY AWAY.

Es un robo…. En la aplicación de los billetes te pone un precio y cuando pones la forma de pago, te dice que debes si o si pagar un extra y que supuestamente luego te lo devuelven en la tarjeta. He llamado a la central para preguntar cuánto tardará en devolverme lo que me cobraron extra y dicen que no hay ningún extra. Le he mandado la captura de pantalla donde en la aplicación pone que me harán el reembolso y aún así se niegan. No le compren a ellos, sin duda la peor experiencia de mi vida.

Scam company. Offered a lower fare on google flights, when booking charged an extra fee. It was about the same cost as original flight so went ahead and booked. A week later got an email regarding a significant flight change. They tried to put me on a different flight with a long layover. I checked spirits flights and the original flight had a ton of seats available so it wasn’t like the flight was over sold. I cancelled and booked directly with spirit. Two weeks later no refund provided. Called company international number (no toll free number available). Customer service stated they needed to wait until spirit refunded them to provide refund to me 😂. The charges were from lucky2go. Customer service stated refunds can take 2-3 weeks up to 3-6 months to be refunded 😂 absolute scam company. My credit card company is pulling the charges back to me tomorrow. Stop scamming people!!!

My flight was canceled by the Airline on December 21st. There is no way to call lucky2go. I have yet to receive my refund. This is ridiculous. Please right this wrong.

Hidden fees. Pure fraud.
They charge a mandatory additional service fee that is not listed before payment, and they charge $99 even if we cancel the order within 24 hours. Booking No:6938279288

On booking a flight I was charged $131 in addition to the stated flight cost with no itemising and no disclosure of additional fees. Fortunately my card has a security feature, so the payment did not complete and the booking was pending. On contacting lucky2go and requesting an itemised bill, due to being overcharged, they responded by just confirming that the payment did not go through. I used this company because they came up in a search through Kayak. However, this company is clearly not reputable.

REAL FRAUDS OR SCAM HERE
I Bought 3 tickets total $3.9K for my sister family, flight out Hochiminh, Vietnam. the website showed 1 stop over at kuala lumpur, Malaysia direct to Auckland, NZ, i have attached screenshot to proof my booking. But exactly they have another stopover 1 more at Sydney, Australia ( not show in booking on website).
Later on we got confirmed from AirAsian flight, 2 stopover.
As you know vietnamese passport can not transit at Australia without visa. We totally trap in with no cancellation or refund.

Money was deducted twice from my account for 1 ticket and Rex airlines has refunded the money back to Lucky2go.
It's been 1 month these people have not refunded my money.
Rex airlines has advised them couple of times to refund my money but they don't care and just keep on sending the generic message.
They have no phone number, so much harassment for the passengers.
Just be aware if you are booking anything with them.

I asked for a date change because my flight was cancelled. I paid an additional fee but did not receive a new ticket, and when I enquired about it, I was asked to pay more. I paid the first amount offered, but they asked me to pay more and I didn't get the ticket, this is now a fraudulent company!

I purchased a ticket on the 06/07/2022, for the flight booking number 7616879369. I did not receive the boarding pass, the same day I went for COVID-19 test, I tested positive, I sent them to cancel my bookings and explained to them what happened. I received automatic email until I received the boarding pass on the 9th July 2022. I sent the email the same day and attached my COVID-19 results. They sent me automatic email. I tried to send again I still received the automatic email. Can you please pay back my money . Thanks

After more than six weeks dealing with automated replies I am bejound frustrated.
If lucky2go had dealt with my daughters request of flight credit or change of date six weeks ago she wouldn't of lost $900.00
And no airline ticket.
Instead my daughter finally received another automated email 2 days before departure to pay $600.00
To change her flight that is outrageous. I understand flights can't be refunded
However my daughter was entitled to a flight credit. I'm deeply disappointed with lucky2go

I am doubting the legitimacy of this company

Update I received an automated email saying I had to pay $632.40 AUD for my flight to be changed this is outrages when booking the flights I made sure I payed the extra fee for flexible flights so I could change the dates as I wasn’t sure of the exact dates I needed to be in America. Of course you can’t email them back because it’s just an automated email, if I don’t get my flights changed within the next couple of hours I’m going to have to report you, this is not ok. I am not paying the extra fee. So change my flights or give me a refund as I have requested several times. Urgent I need to change my flight date from the 21/04/22 to the 31/07/22, or get a refund asap, my booking number is 7160130425. I have contact luck2go several times via email and you are not replying. There is no customer service number that I can contact. I contacted Condor airline at Zurich airport, they cannot change the date of my flight until it is verified by lucky2go. This service is extremely disappointing and I would like you to resolve these issues as soon as possible. Please contact me on my Swiss number on 0767489311 or my Australian number on 0428865538. If i do not receive any response within the next 24 hours, I will report this company.
