They are not responding, No calls or msgs or email. What the hell

I recently purchased an electronic device worth 25,000 from this website for the first time. At first, I was unsure whether the platform was genuine, but it proved to be completely trustworthy.

The product delivered was exactly the same as the one I had ordered, and I appreciate their accuracy and reliability.

However, my only concern is their customer support. They did not respond to me on WhatsApp, although they did reply via email, which caused some inconvenience.

Final Review:
A 100% trusted platform, but customer support quality is around 60%.

There isn’t any website for computer parts as good as Czone. I have been ordering from them since 2019 and have always had a good experience. The three things I really like about them are
1. Super fast and easy to use website
2. Prices are very competitive
3. Reliability
I off and on search for computer parts on other websites but have never found any other website with such good and fast interface, I would say Czone is the undisputed champion when it comes to online computer stores in Pakistan.

They are a fraud, it's 8pm in Karachi. Website is asking for ACH Wire to order, which doesn't make any sense at all. They've 5 numbers on website & 1 ptcl number on Google listing. None of the numbers are answering. I'm glad I didn't checkout online.

Mature the F*** up, scammers!!!

Great service and prices. I have bought my pc parts from them and have always been satisfied with the price. Although, I would suggest them to make more products available and maintain the inventory. Often times the required products are listed but not available.

The best platform to buy anything regarding with the products there are. Sometimes, some products are unavailable but other than that, all the things are perfect.
