Thank you for your review. We are sorry that you did not receive your goods as expected.
Unfortunately, we were not aware that there had been an issue with the courier delivering only part of your order until you contacted us. As soon as we were notified, we investigated the matter and corresponding with you directly. We have since agreed a refund for the items that were not delivered.

I e mailed to return this item as it was too big and didnt receive a reply. I also tried to ring the number provided and noone answered. Ive reported to trying to sell it on e bay!

This was my first order of 50 thin coat angle beads, after speaking to members of the d2d team, I appreciate that they are not responsible for delivery, however the beads were DUMPED on my doorstep and every single one was damaged, I accepted this and used them accordingly... I wont be ordering any more
