He was very kind and patient

He was very kind and patient. His telephone manner was excellent. He spoke slowly and refrase his words to make me fully understand of what I was get myself involved. The policy/term and condition was read to me in a simple language I fully understand. He use simple questions.
He was patient with the payment. At first I had some difficulty making a payment, he solved that out.
Right now, I feel calm and no stress.

I just set up my insurance, very straightforward and easy to do, it only takes 10 minutes and all done very quickly on the phone. Special mention to Robert for guiding me and recommending the options that best suited me.
