Jake made it clear and was very partial with me as I am hard of hearing he explained it very well what the policy was so hat's off to him should of done this a few years ago as I've just been though a bit of illness during the year so this is why I'm doing this now as we all know time's are hard

Great and Friendly advisor who made my options clear. Had a good length chat with Jack and we talked about my needs and what might suit me best. I even had to disappear mid call and with no issue, he called back and just picked up exactly where we'd left off.

Awful customer service advised I worked in insurance my self and was immediately met with anger and frustration that I might be a mystery shopper. Advised I wasn’t , carried on with the call the sales agent had no telephone manners what so ever and hung up on me when I asked questions about the cover . AWFUL
