Complete scam! They will keep charging you. There is no way to cancel. Just when you think you're cancelled finally, a charge will pop up a year later. AVOID!

Ro’s sperm kit, which used to be called Dadi, is completely fake. My test result indicated that I was completely infertile, and then we got pregnant 2 weeks later. The data is widely inaccurate and shouldn’t honestly even be legal. Not to mention their customer service is abysmal and the entire online experience fragmented and confusing.

The results are just not accurate at all. We did two of these tests and the results were scary terrible- and then we went to a real lab, and they were COMPLETELY different. Waste of money and caused us so much distress for nothing.

Followed instructions verbatim only for Dadi to produce a bogus Lab Test Report saying my sample was imotile and sperm had no movement. I informed them that I followed their instructions and that the test was inaccurate as I knew fertility issues were never an issue for me but they could care less and shrug their shoulders and keep your money. Needless to say, my wife is pregnant once again as my sperm is indeed alive and well as I honestly believe my sample was never tested or studied by Dadi after they receive your money they'll type up any bogus report to send to you so beware!

I’m getting a vasectomy and wanted to store some sperm just in case. First kit arrived on time. I did the sample. Sent it back within minutes of providing the sample. Waited a few days with no results until I finally contacted them and it was bacteria in the sample. They then offered a refund or a free kit. So I took the next free kit. Was even more careful to ensure no bacteria will be present mind you I work as a nurse so i’m pretty versed how to do these things. Get a report that there’s bacteria again. Baffled. I asked for a refund. They can’t refund due to offering me a free kit the first time. I feel like I was scammed to be honest. Ordering a legacy kit today. Stay away from them if you can!

The kit took about 4 weeks to arrive. When it arrived there was what looked like mold growing in/on the preservative container. I told them but submitted it anyway, and they confirmed the sample had been contaminated. They actually told me they are unable to send a replacement kit because they are pausing operations (commendable if true, but you wouldn’t be able to tell by their website) and recommended I take a full refund. I requested the refund 3 weeks ago and, although they said it would process within 10 days, I have still not received it.

Extremely disingenuous about timing.

What Dadi does not tell you is there is a 30+ day waiting period before you will ever receive your kits. The only information available before purchase is "results in 24 hours" and "expedited shipping," but your actual shipping confirmation will show a date that is at least 30 days out.

This significant delay is extremely dysfunctional for any cancer patient seeking treatment. The lack of transparency about significant delays will mislead people into relying on Dadi rather than pursuing other, more timely, fertility services.

Please learn from my mistake and go elsewhere if you have any time constraints at all.

Simply put I paid for nothing. Their formula which was supposed to keep my sperm alive on the way to the lab did not do the job so I received a report with almost no information. Additionally I paid for a phone call with an NP to go over results and they never did that. They do not care that I did not get what I paid for. Essentially they just told me to see my doctor. I would not recommend this company at all.

Ordering my Dadi kit has been great to give me the ease of mind about my family/future planning.

Their customer support team is also top notch. They were helpful every step of the way- making sure it gets to me on time, being open to rescheduling it and sending me updates on shipping and analyzing. I would recommend getting a Dadi kit to anyone.

Finding Dadi was a lifesaver for me. The entire process was extremely easy and welcoming, and the price was very hard to beat, especially when compared to specialized fertility clinics and storage facilities.

The purchase process was very simple and there was no shortage of helpful information to prepare and educate you for what lies ahead.

The customer service that I interacted with was consistently helpful and friendly, and I didn't make my purchase until I had already emailed Dadi with questions I couldn't find answers to. The representative I spoke with was quick to respond and knew exactly how to help.

After receiving the kit and collecting a sample (which was very easy), I actually encountered an issue and had to order a new kit. After contacting support and speaking with a very helpful man named Dave I was given a free kit for a second chance and what had been disappointment turned into satisfaction thanks to how much Dadi cared to help.

I couldn't be happier with the process, and would recommend Dadi to anyone hoping to store sperm.

I can’t speak on a medical aspect as I’m no doctor and this was my first time doing anything like this. I do know the kit was delivered the day I was told and received the next day. The customer service was fast and they worked with me through a couple issues that arose with no problems or hesitation and I wouldn’t hesitate to do business with Dadi again

Dadi was a seamless experience for me. I ordered my kit & received it on time. The team was helpful, the kit was easy to use and my results came as expected. Honestly, couldn't have been more smooth and I'm glad I decided to finally do this. Some of the other reviews I see here do not describe my experience at all - Dadi made it easy.

Reading some of the reviews is quite surprising considering the experience I had. I did have to reach out to them about a date of delivery which I did not have a problem with, I actually thought it was a good idea so I could plan out my collection. They were very responsive to my questions and friendly. I think people do not quite understand that if this product did not exist the lengths they would have to go to bank sperm, yet answering an email to select a date is a problem for them. I think the only issue I had with the whole process was I did not get instructions in my box but they sent them to me over email a couple times. Would be good to have a printed copy for older folk like me. Thank you Dadi

I ordered a kit yesterday from dadikit.com wanting to learn more about the different companies for my medical practice

I received an e-mail telling me to inquire about kit availabilities, which is very strange. I see now from other reviews that kits can take weeks or months which is ridiculous

It makes me think:
Is the company still in service? Are they just taking our money without providing a service?

I have not received a reply or follow up since yesterday

I canceled my order and called givelegacy.com and placed an order directly on the phone. Very very helpful people and I told them about my bad experience with Dadi

I am receiving my kit from Legacy tomorrow

EDIT: It has been over 24 hours, I still have not received any e-mail, correspondence, or refund from Dadi, very frustrated and worried

EDIT 2: I ordered Monday, it's now Wednesday, and still not reply. I now believe this is a scam and reporting to my bank as fraud

I don't like leaving reviews unless something is exceptionally good or bad, and this one is just ridiculous.

I ordered a kit and then have gotten no follow-up, no e-mails, no expected delivery date, nothing....?! I came here and saw that MANY others had faced the same issue as well as quality issues, like the fact that they're destroying sperm with their freezing process, which is extremely concerning. The whole thing feels scummy and scammy.

Anyway, I am not here to waste my time. I'm getting a refund and buying my kit from Legacy Sperm instead. Simple.

BTW, nobody has asked me to write this, nobody has paid me to write this, I'm just a really annoyed customer who now has to waste his time.

Kit is not coming as planned and will be another week. I have yet to get anything. Feeling like this is a BIG SCAM.

Very easy process from start to finish and got excellent support for all of my questions. Definitely want to make sure you're doing it right for something so important and Dadi really helped ease my mind through the whole process.

Dadikit is affordable but it comes at a cost otherwise. I froze sperm in July 2019, we recently pulled them out for IUI and only 0.68% of the motile sperm were still there after thawing. National average for this process is somewhere around 85%. Whatever process dadikit uses for safekeeping/storage/transport, it is damaging and J don’t want anyone else to go through that.

Product was delivered as advertised. Seamless process from start to finish. I had some questions and customer service was quick to respond and very knowledgeable. I would recommend this service to anyone.

Easy to purchase, quick shipping and excellent customer service. Have never had such a low wait time getting questions answered.
