One of our items ( Loudmouth greeting card) is faulty.
I have emailed the company regarding this and am waiting for a reply
The customer service I receive regarding this will designate whether I purchase from them in the future.

Customer placed an order a day before her dad's birthday and wanted it to be delivered the next day with regular post. But dad lives in rural and we can't get it there in time so we made a courtesy oversea call and email to see how we can work things out. But customer was upset that we called her and she being in a different time zone and hence missed the call and couldn't get back to us till the next day. We gave an option over the phone when we finally get to talk to consider cancelling the order or go ahead if she doesn't mind it arriving late. We have done everything in our control to service the customer but customer was rude, entitled and demanding.
