Ordered a folding heated seat. What arrived was nothing like what was pictured. I received a black mat. Contacted support, they assured me that I received what I ordered, even when they had the proof in front of them. They advised me that I could take the 4USD compensation or return the product to their Chinese warehouse at my own expense. They eventually raised the compensation to 10 USD. I sent them a copy of their refund policy found on their website. It was not honoured.

Purchased heated seat never what was advertised when I asked for what I paid for they said it was out of stock got a refund of $4 cases closed would not recommend this site

This company is a fraud didnt receive item and wont refund

After my purchase I received numerous emails for tracking. My package is showing out for delivery at a construction company. The company keep saying, it is the busy season and please wait. No package and I have been duped.

Not recived camera. Complete scam

Rarely have I been scammed so much. The sale itself went well.
but when I had not received my package which had first been in the USA and subsequently sent to Denmark. Here everything went wrong. The package lay for 10 days without moving.
Only when I write and ask about my item do they say that they have had to cancel the transaction.
Beware of this company, they are the biggest scammers

They even sendt tracing that was totally bull.... and promised to send an other, but nothing eve happened....

Absolutely DO NOT purchase anything from this seller. They will present a picture of the item and you will send them your hard earned money. You will receive the item and it will NOT be anything like the item ordered. They are scammers. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!

Nachdem die Ware bezahlt ist, kommt Lieferungs-Update um Lieferungs-Update per Email und es wird eine Tracking-Nr. mitgeteilt, die lediglich auf der Scammer-Seite tracking-hub.com funktioniert. Irgendwann nach ein paar Wochen ist die Lieferung im Zielland. Dort passiert sie angeblich den Zoll und hängt dann fest und es geht nicht weiter. Probiert man den Zahlenbereich rund um die Tracking-Nr. aus, so stellt man fest, dass es bei anderen Tracking-Nrn. stets der gleiche Ablauf ist. In meinem Fall habe ich eine Anfrage an das genannte Zollamt richten lassen, ob dort ein Paket zu meiner Adresse , bearbeitet wurde; die Antwort war nein.
Konfrontiert man die Firma mit den Erkenntnissen, beschwichtigen sie einen; angefangen von "beschleunigen die Auslieferung" bis hin zu "verschicken erneut". Erst mit etwas Nachdruck und Drohung PayPal einzuschalten, gab es das Geld zurück.

The most horrendous company I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with! Save your time and money and go elsewhere. Items never turn up, they refuse refunds and have no idea where items are as the tracking is limited. They ignore requests to escalate it and raise a complaint or speak to a manager. Their replies are generic and 3 months after purchase I’m still no further along! If I could give zero stars I would.

Betrugsseite – Die Trackingnummer ist völlig falsch – allgemeine Antwort auf Aktualisierungsanfragen. Ich glaube, die gesamte Tracking-Seite (tracking-hub.com) ist ebenfalls falsch und verbreitet Unsinn, um Sie (mich) glauben zu machen, das Paket sei unterwegs (obwohl es nie ein Paket war). Scam Site - Tracking number is completely bogus - generic response to requests for update. I think the whole tracking site is also bogus (tracking-hub.com) and spits out nonsense to deceive you (me) into thinking the parcel is in transit (when there never was a parcel). DO NOT BUT FROM THIS SITE

Item arrived after two weeks but performed exactly as advertised with reliable quality and practical usability; impressed by convenience provided, though faster shipping would enhance customer satisfaction—still works great and meets expectations nicely.

Quality feels sturdy and reliable with practical design; slightly clearer instructions would further enhance overall user experience.

I have rated this 1-star as I cannot select anything less. I ordered three electric drink dispensers for a Christmas present. When they eventually arrived, all three were faulty. Two never worked despite being fully charged, and the third, when it did work, kept dispensing liquid and did not stop! I have contacted customer services 9 times only to receive an offer of 9USD, then 11USD, with a "firm" email encouraging me to accept the offer. When I refused and stated that I would only be happy with either a full refund or replacement of the three items, they ghosted me! Do not use this company, they have awful customer service.

My mom bought a set of headphones that translate to another language on December 3 of 2024. Today is January 11 and still driving in USA and we don’t have a date of delivery anymore.. they’re Fake.. their FB account is fake. They have 6 accounts in FB. I will report it in Paypal so she can get her $$ back. Don’t order from them
