When my bank changed my debit card, my monthly maintenance payments to Daikin failed, My first two contacts at Daikin did not communicate well enough, but the team leader did. She overcame several tricky, technical and inter-personal problems with grace and diplomacy.

I messaged customer service and received a prompt response from Mohammed Shazad who supported me to complete registration of my Daikin product. His support was clear and helpful.

Nearly a year since o first contacted Daikin and they still haven’t completed the work they said they would do and took money to do so. They’ve ignored repeated contact attempts, and broken many laws but still can’t be bothered to respond. Previous trust pilot review they said they’d respond soon, well over a month ago!

When there is a problem they answer the phone speedily to take name and address. But no technical advice as advertised website, would have found helpful. I have hot water leak,fortunately outside, 4 days hot water continuously running into garden, Informed repair will take place when part arrives, whenever that may be.
Daikin expect better than this, yours is not an inexpensive product.

Two months have now passed since my heat pump stopped working, and it is still not repaired.
During this time, I have had two engineer visits from Robert Heath Heating, the company responsible for servicing heat pumps under warranty. During the first visit, the engineer identified that parts needed to be ordered. The parts arrived about a week later, and a second engineer returned approximately two weeks after that to install them. Unfortunately, after installing the parts, he informed me that additional parts would still need to be ordered.
Since then, I have spent hours on the phone trying to resolve the issue. I have contacted both Daikin and Robert Heath multiple times. Robert Heath says the case has been passed to Daikin, while Daikin’s warranty department says they cannot help and that I must contact Robert Heath. As a result, I have been stuck between the two companies with no solution.
I also sent an email and a ticket was created, but I have not received any response.
For reference, the ticket number is: 12383166 (Daikin). Maybe this message will get to Daikin and I will get a reply
At this point, after two months without a working system and no clear support, I cannot recommend this company. Based on my experience, I would strongly consider other manufacturers such as Samsung or Mitsubishi Electric.
The level of customer service has been extremely disappointing.
Very, very disappointed.

It's taken a good couple of days to adjust from a gas combi boiler to an ASHP system, but it's intuitive. The heating engineers were considerate and professional throughout. 5 stars on all fronts
