Had this feeder for a few weeks now. Setup was quick and the app interface is intuitive. I can monitor meals remotely and get alerts when the food level is low. It's been reliable during my work trips and I no longer worry about missed feedings.

Good website as it is not misleading and I got what I wanted for my cat.

My order eventually arrived and the products were satisfactory. The quality was good enough for the price, and my pet seems to enjoy them. However, communication regarding shipping updates could have been better, as I wasn't sure when my package would arrive. While there is room for improvement, I would consider ordering again based on the product quality.

The slow feeder has been in use for about a month now and my Labrador actually takes time to eat. The design forces him to slow down without frustrating him. The bowl is heavy and doesn't slide around. It's a simple solution that has improved his digestion.

After roughly two month of use, the ceramic bowls are a game-changer. They're heavy enough that my pup can't slide them across the floor during dinner. They go in the dishwasher without issue and look nice enough to leave out, so I ordered the matching water bowl separately.
