They put a sticker over the best buy date.
Order was a year over best buy date. Not listed when purchased.

I placed an order and paid with Apple Pay on my phone. While I was being charged, I noticed that my Apple Pay had autofilled the shipping address incorrectly (it filled in my old address), and I could not cancel the charge as it was going through. So, less than a minute later, I began contacting Daily Steals via 3 separate methods (I called and left a message, clearly stating my issue, my order number, and the correct address). I also sent an email (stating the exact same things), and I sent a message to their customer service through their website. All I wanted to do was have them change the shipping address to the correct address (which was also the billing address for the card they charged). A day later I recieved confusing responses (one saying my order had been updated, and another saying “we cannot change your shipping address because the order has already been paid for”. Then I told them “if you cannot change the address, then cancel my order”. Two days later I got another round of confusing messages (one saying, again, my order had been updated, and another saying “your order cannot be cancelled because it has already been shipped”). I just now received confirmation from the delivery service that the order has been delivered…to the incorrect address.

I get that it’s a discount website, but I will never place an order with Daily Steals again, because they essentially stole my money.

Do not buy here. I bought one of their ‘junk’ boxes for $34 as part of a Christmas charity event and there was nothing in there that this company sells, it is all truly trash. This company has claimed to be reputable, offered this product during Christmas in the guise of being charitable and it was just a way to unload junk they wouldn’t dare to sell online. I’ve bought from them before, but never again. Check out the prices of the items they offer on Amazon and they are about the same so you don’t save money. Buyer beware!

Worked for Dept store. Giving my oppion on products

I have had success purchasing items from Daily Steals. Pretty good deals, and delivered on time. While I’m not a prude, I am somewhat offended by the increasing number of “adult” products offered. Maybe I’m in the minority, but I am not looking for such deals.

The pajamas came and seemed of decent quality for the price but I ordered XL and these were too small for even a large. So first the company told me to send pic of package label, and picture of item. Then they had me measure the pants, compare to their size table and send pics of all this. The hip size was notably smaller but was told I measure the waist all wrong, never mentioned the hip measurement. I got tired of this so I started another return, describing the experience and they said return, at my cost. The cost to mail this very light package was almost equal to the cost so I will donate. I will not use this company again.

Would give zero star if that is an option. Order was never shipped after one whole month. Complained twice by email to get refund.

Daily Steals shipped items in package via USPS, but not packaged properly. Package torn, items missing. Refused to resolve issue. Awful customer service.

Do Not fall for Steals & Deals on the Today Show! I love the Today Show, but do not scan the bar code to purchase their steals and deals! It is a SCAM! I checked the code on the TV, and it went directly to the spring box I saw on the TV. I filled out all the information needed and made the purchase. I received nothing for sale when I saw the Steals and Deals on the Today show! It was a bait and switch. I immediately went to the Today Show website, thinking it would be easy to contact customer service. OMG, not at all. Go to their website and check it out; there are well over 20 links to click on to try and figure out how to contact someone, but there is no chat box, nothing. I finally found their email, and I emailed them the details of what happened. I asked if I could exchange what was sent to me for what I wanted to purchase; after 3 weeks, they replied, "There is nothing we can do." I responded, but I never heard back! Absolutely the worst customer service ever! Please DO NOT fall for their scam!

I Bought the Mcrosft 365 Family subscription for 15 months, Received the Product code 2 days later in my email, But before i could Redeem the product code somebody else Redeemed ii. I asked for a refund or another Product code then they were blaming me that my email ID was not secure and somebody else has access to my Email. They were trying to insinuate that I am liar. I do buy downloadable digital software from Amazon, Costco, Sams club etc and I never had such an experience. this is the first time I had to deal with it, they ripped me of $89.99 plus tax, on their site the subscription price was $40 cheaper than waht was in Amazon that was the only reason I Got it from them.

First time bad experience for me, Please do not buy from this Stealers , Their name tells it all !!!! DailySteals!!!!

All this is is junk. I bought 2 items and both stopped working shortly after they arrived. Don't waste your money. Go to a trusted site instead.

Cheap crap sizes are wrong cheap plastic. No return info.

I ordered two Women's Bath Towel Robe Wraps with Adjustable Closure for my wife and sister. I received two short rags that are not adjustable and cannot be worn without exposing oneself. Very disappointing. Supposedly, they cannot be returned. What a ripoff! Very misleading photos and advertising. Totally unethical.

Advertise wrong and then gives me the run around instead of taking ownership.

You cancel my order in a timely matter

The best two dog walking leash I have ever used. There are multiple swivel clips and a very nice handle instead of a loop at the end of the leash. The materials used are high end and it comes in great colors.

Nice product at great price arrived sooner than expected!

Product was as advertised, shipping was pretty quick. Totally satisfied!
