Ich besaß ein Textiljacke, Air 3 Tex von Dainese, um auch bei hohen Temperaturen sicher gekleidet zu sein. Bei einem Sturz am 15.8.24 war es jedoch so, daß die Jacke zwei durchgehende Löcher aufwies. Wodurch ich eine erhebliche Schürfwunde am Ellenbogen hatte. Was möglich war, weil sich der Protektor verschoben hat!!? Die ebenfalls getragene Mesh-Hose von Revit war ebenfalls ziemlich ramponiert, ging aber nicht durch, und ich hatte keine einzige Schramme an den Beinen. Daher der Rat, wer in 1. Linie Sicherheit will, sollte lieber eine andere Marke wählen. Zudem der Kundenservice meine Mitteilung komplett ignoriert!!!

I bought mountain bike protective socks, with padding (order 22666656). After a few wears the padding came out so no good as protective socks. I contacted Dainese, they offered a refund, they said no need to send the socks back due to climate impact but I must cut them up and send a picture. I couldn't believe this, I offered to give the perfectly wearable socks to a charity bank instead of destroying them. However, Dainese adamant they must be cut up. Shameful and hypocritical. I'm happier to keep this faulty product and do my bit for the environment. Will never buy Dainese again.

Expérience très décevante avec ce service. J’ai retourné un blouson il y a près de deux mois, et bien que le colis ait été réceptionné le 2 août, je n’ai toujours pas été remboursé. Malgré plusieurs relances, aucune réponse ni action de leur part. Le délai de remboursement était censé être de 14 jours, et il est désormais dépassé de presque un mois. C’est inadmissible de devoir en arriver à menacer de démarches judiciaires pour un simple remboursement. Un service client scandaleux que je déconseille fortement.

Das Visier ist mir während der Fahrt kaputt gegangen.
Nun wollte ich dies Reklamieren. Leider bekomme ich seit 2 Wochen keine Antwort mehr.
Sehr schade wenn man bedenkt, dass ich deutlich über 1.000€ ausgegeben habe...

La mia esperienza è stata molto positiva. Ho utilizzato il servizio di prenotazione via web e ritiro in store (click&reserve). La mattina successiva alla prenotazione ho ricevuto una telefonata dallo store per definire le tempistiche del ritiro. Il servizio non obbliga l’acquisto ma dà una prelazione di 48h per l’articolo selezionato. Siamo a fine agosto e non ho avuto alcun tipo di attesa. Ho acquistato guanti da moto Livigno Gore-Tex.

I couldn’t agree more with the other reviews here. Typical Italian website doesn’t work only good at taking your money but won’t do anything else they make it look like it’s so easy you can return something. You can’t even get your password reset and nobody responds. Arrogant ___________S!

Vorweg - einziger Negativpunkt, dass nicht alle Modelle lagernd sind. Sofern keine Eile herrscht absolut in Ordnung.
Auf der Suche nach einem neuen Helm wurde ich ausgezeichnet beraten und es wurde auf mich und meine Wünsche professionell eingegangen.
Beratung und Kundenservice auch bei Kombi ausgezeichnet - aufklärend und wieder auf den Kunden eingehend.
Ehrliche Beratung obwohl ich anfangs mit Skepsis in den Store gegangen bin. Geschäftsleitung laut ihrer Information seit 2 Wochen neu.

Sehr zufrieden aus dem Store gegangen. Gerne wieder!

publicité mensongère sur des articles à 50% et finalement pas de stock...pas de geste commercial, pas de remplacement par unb produit de qualité équivalente ou supérieur comme prévu par la loi dans ce cas...pas sérieux!!! après des dizaines d'année de fidélité à cette marque, c'est terminé !!

Bought a DAir Smart Jacket in the Dainese online store three months ago. Four weeks ago system reports an issue, red light and vibrating. Handbook advices to contact customer care center to get support for fixing the issue. Since 4 weeks I am trying to get help, emails, trying to call. No response, just nothing. This service is the worst I ever experienced for any product I purchased. I will never again buy Dainese and stopped to recommend to others.

Bonjour, j'ai réalisé une commande de 2 articles sur Dainese.com le 31/5 je ne l'ai toujours pas reçue. La dans le suivi de DHL je vois qu'elle a été retournée alors que je ne l'ai jamais reçue et je n'ai jamais fait de demande de retour. Sur le site Dainese je n'arrive pas à lire quel est statut de la commande car lorsque je renseigne le numéro de commande et mon email puis je valide alors j ai un message d'erreur qui me dit que la commande n'existe pas. Au final j ai perdu mon temps et mon argent. C'est une honte ! Ne commandez pas sur leur site.

Lasst bloß die Finger von dem Onlineshop. Ich habe Ware in Höhe von ca. 1000Euro bestellt, davon nur einen Artikel behalten. Der Eingang der Retoure wurde mir per Mail bestätigt und sogar dass die Gutschrift veranlasst wird. Leider warte ich schon seit 6 Wochen auf das Geld. Werde den Laden bei der Verbraucherzentrale melden in der Hoffnung dass davor gewarnt wird. Hätte ich im Leben nicht von einer Bekannten Marke erwartet.

Update:

Nach Abgabe dieser Bewertung und weiteren Mails an Dainese, hat es vier Wochen später geklappt, das ich mein Geld zurück erstattet bekommen habe.
Dennoch würde ich dort nie wieder bestellen, weil es nicht sein kann, dass man so mühselig, um sein Geld "kämpfen" muss.

Made order for close to €800 5 business days ago, still haven’t gotten a tracking number for my package. And their costumer “care” is nonexistent and they can’t give me a reason for the delay. It’s 2024 package should have been here in 2-3 days but these clowns are running a monkey business, never buying/wasting my time again on dainese.

Edit: it took them 2 and a half weeks to ship!!!! Don’t waste time with dainese.com

Well just another negative review for a really bad experience with dainese customer service

Brought a really expensive pair a textiled gloves from the d-store
They lasted a handful of times then ripped on the seem customer service don’t want to no the store is 1200 miles from where I live and they don’t want to no either

En septiembre de 2023 realicé un pedido a través de la web de Dainese correspondiente a unos botines Energyca air shoes. El dia 22 de abril ante la imposibilidad de localizaros vía telefónica, tuve de rellenar un formulario web exponiendo la queja de que en la bota derecha me entraba agua cuando llovía. El día 29 de abril me respondió el sr. Basma diciéndome de que me tenia que poner en contacto a través del distribuidor donde las había comprado, y ya le respondí que las compré directamente en la web y no a través de un distribuidor. Del e-mail que respondí el día 30 no he tenido ninguna respuesta, así que volví a escribir otro e-mail el pasado 15 de mayo, el cual, tampoco se dignaron a contestarme. Me parece muy lamentable el pésimo servicio postventa que ofrecen.
Ya veo que la mayoria de opiniones sobre Dainese son muy malas y parece que les da igual. Por suerte para esta marca siempre habrá gente que por desconocimiento les va a seguir comprando, pero poco a poco irá perdiendo el prestigio
