If I could give this company -5 stars I would - parcel is no where to be found, they keep telling me it is out for delivery but has never arrived. Said that delivery was attempted, also never happened. Said they'd email me updates, no updates received at all. I've had to call them 9 times to follow up over the last week and keep getting messed around. Appalling service, why a company like FedEx would contract them as local couriers is beyond me.

We had sent some chocolate Easter treats from England to Australia. The English courier (Evri), had incorrectly filled in the customs form, so despite me telling their agent the parcel contained chocolate 'mini eggs', she had written 'cocoa beans' on the form. It was then impounded by the Australian Bio Security authorities.
Thankfully, Erika Dapar of DAI, was excellent in her communication with me, and talked me through the process of supplying the correct information (even though by the time the problem had emerged, I could not recall exactly what was posted or its value, and I no longer had the receipt. She really was very helpful and understanding and it was through her hard work, the package was released and reached its goal. The only reason I have not given 5 stars is just in case DAI is part of the Evri group, as it was Evri's incompetence which caused the problem in the first place

Get staff who know when PH is on
With post on the name, I would have thought my parcels would go to my post office locker but no it was sent back no notification that it had, very hard to find information. Managed to get help was told to go to the depot which is fine, but was told to go on Good Friday closed there customer service didnât know it was a public holiday and then I find it is connected to Aramex so no more.

Unable to deliver in usual business hours
They attempted delivery to a specialist practice at 8pm and took the parcel back to the depo as it was unsafe to leave as we are located on a busy main road. They never attempted redelivery. We called them 1.5 weeks later and were told they could not guarantee delivery during business hours of Monday-Friday 8am-4pm.. They then redelivered it over the Easter long weekend when businesses are typically closed and at 9:45PM (??!!) and this time felt it was safe to leave it on our verandah?! We are surprised the package wasn't stolen. They seem to only deliver overnight. Absolutely bizarre.
Tracking stops at warehouse and no delivery
Their system couldnât handle address information and incorrectly converted into a date format. I reached out to enquire why the delivery got held up and provided the correct address. Itâs been weeks since and they have not attempted to deliver my package at all.

Professional And Prompt
Had an initial issue with a parcel not being delivered, however the Customer Service Team did an amazing job of promptly returning my emails, answering Questions and assisting me in the delivery of my parcel.
Destroyed my items!
Never attempted delivery. Then, I raised a case with them and tried to pick up the packages and phoned/emailed twice a week trying to get updates. Response was occasional, and non committal. After six weeks, they told me they were instructed to destroy the packages and won't accept responsibility. I'm out $500!

As for the delivery process it was terrible my parcel took 4 days to get to Aus from the US and 4 weeks and multiple emails to travel 6 hours from Sydney, this was appalling, if I hadnât have chased it so hard it probably wouldnât have ever been delivered. So if you need help ask for Scott.
The worst delivery service I have everâŠ
The worst delivery service I have ever encountered. The driver claims to attempt to deliver but then can not leave the parcel in a safe place. We have cameras and a video door bell who's footage does not lie like the driver. He has never attended our factory to attempt delivery. I have tried to work with the call centre in the Philippines to get our parcel for the past 11 days to no avail. I have also found the email address and a phone number for the head office staff - The CFO is named Brett Aitchison and his phone number is 0427 098 002 and email address is brett.aitchison @ daipost.com. The CEO's email address is mike.roberts @ daipost.com and all of the other head office staff listed follow the same format for their emails firstname.lastname @ daipost.com just in case anyone else reading this might want to try this method to get a resolution for their issue. No one from the head office has contacted me as yet even after complaining so I guess you can see how the rotten tree bears rotten fruit. I am very disappointed in the service we have received. Very much a scam company that needs to be investigated.
