Ordered a light on arrival poor quality, worth £2 not £299. On opening damaged been emailing the company for last 2 weeks keep telling me to keep item and glue and repair myself or return you US cost £100. Company is a scam products are nothing like website.

The choices on the site were unusual (in a good way) and the ordering and delivery process was smooth

The quality is fine and the instructions clear.

After extensive online research, I decided to buy outdoor string lights from Daisy Aston, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. The quality is excellent, and they look absolutely beautiful.
I contacted customer service a couple of times, and they were second to none—always responding within 24 hours and answering all my questions thoroughly.
I highly recommend Daisy Aston and their lights.

Love the 2 ceiling lights I ordered... the shape, material and price. Very pleasantly surprised.

Awful. Images used on the site are misleading. Light shade was much smaller than expected and the cost to return was nearly £100. Do not use. Rip off merchants

The crystal circular chandelier is gorgeous. It did arrive damaged the first time due to Royal Mail, however the customer service team resolved it instantly and dispatched a replacement the next day, great service.

Love love love the chip light so much it's exactly as pictured and lovely quality. Gives off a soft warm glow when turned on, it's exactly what I wanted for my study room.

Love this light it looks amazing up never heard of this company before, but really recommend them. Light came really well packaged.

Re Nordic Vintage handmade shade - I bought this expensive lampshade £349.99) and the quality is poor and does not match the picture on the website. The fabric looks like cheap loose yarn bandage material rather than quality linen. Returning this item is proving problematic with returns process not being forthcoming. Instead customer service offers a discount to keep it. Unfortunately I don’t want it as it’s not good!!!!! Reading the the fine print, despite this claiming to be an official UK retailer, returns are international and at great expense. THIS IS A SCAM SIGHT.

I love the lights. There was a delay in shipping and the company were v apologetic and immediately rectified the issue. Arrived well packaged and are heading to become a central focal point of our new kitchen.

The online shop was easy to navigate, the descriptions were great and the images true to life.
The light completes my bedroom makeover.

The light we bought off Daisyaston for just under £250 was a beautiful silk pendant in a classic mid century style that we had first seen online for well over £400 in a number of stores. The quality was superb and - just as importantly - the service provided by the lovely folks at DA was superb. Would deffo use these guys again.

The light came and it was as described. We had a few questions and they were very responsive

Beware of ordering from this company. The light shade I received is poor quality and does not resemble the images online. It also arrived with a dent in. I have emailed asking to return the product, but despite their website stating they’re a UK store, the returns address is in the US and it will cost me over £100 to send it back there. I wish I’d checked the reviews before ordering - please avoid!

Light fitting arrived in stated timeframe, looks good, we are pleased with it.

On the whole my experience was very good. I knocked off one star as it took rather a long time for us to receive our light fitting, but once here we are very pleased with it. The customer service was also very good, and very prompt, when I emailed them.

Please be careful!

I recently purchased a ceiling light c. £200. It arrived from China with no safety certification or UKCA/CE marking. The power cables looked extremely thin and there was no earth (yellow/green cable) which is a hard requirement especially when the light has a metal mount! My electrician refused to install it, saying it was not legal or safe.

Further, the light is extremely poor quality - definitely not Japanese silk as it claims. This is not a UK business as their website claims, just another drop shipper.

Full disclosure - Daisy Aston have offered me a refund but I still feel it is important to warn other buyers that the company is shipping illegal products. It seems some other reviewers did not receive refunds (or the product) - bear in mind you can do a s.75 chargeback if you pay by credit card.

They claim a quick delivery but honestly don't even bother. It's been 3 weeks and still nothing. Finally you realise it's actually coming direct from China and very poor quality. Do not order from here, no way to contact them and delivery timeframes are non existence expect around 1-2 months for delivery

Ordered lights on website, it said 3-7 business days for delivery. It has now been 3 weeks and I still have not received my order. I have contacted customer services who still cannot tell me when it will arrive.

Update: Order arrived just after 3 weeks. Daisy Aston said this delay was due to Evri and therefore was not their fault and was out of their control. I felt the lights were of low quality and the inside of the light had a silver colour that had not been shown in the product photographs. I emailed Daisy Aston to ask for return shipping instructions (as these are not on the website). It took 3 emails to get these.

*** Daisy Aston said "To make things right, we’d be happy to offer a free return label if you’d be kind enough to remove your review relating to the shipping time, as unfortunately we were also left with not much help from Evri's customer service." ***

I said I would update my review, and was sent a free returns label. I have now received my refund.

I think the practice of asking customers to remove bad reviews in exchange for free return labels is unethical and I wonder how many more bad reviews have been removed from here...
