Ordered two bracelets. Asked to replace one that was too small. They said take a photo and we'll begin the exchange process. Sent photo - no response. Several emails to them later they STILL haven't responded. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

It's just another review of paying and then crickets. Just don't do it!

I should have read these reviews. Bracelet never arrived, no shipping updates and "customer service" non existent. Received refund from credit card company.

After a month from ordering an hat nothing has come and no answer to phone call and several email.
Don't order from them

November 11, 2024 I ordered and paid for a bracelet.

Jan 17,2025 I emailed Dakellstore telling them I had not received the bracelet. Eight days later they still have not responded.

Stay clear of this company!

Horrible. I ordered two hats and they sent the wrong hats cheap copies of what I ordered. Total scam store.

No hat no delivery no response to email or messages. Its a scam for your money

The shop sucks. Selling totally bulshit things. No support no answers. Shipping was around 2 months...

This a scam site !! Ordered a bracelet and paid USD 30. They only claimed that they send the products after 2 months and it never arrived. When I check again with them they said that it has been returned back to shipper and there was no further communication to said about re-delivery or refund.

PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAMMING SITE.

4 pieces of clothing. I really like the duck bill hat and jacket, was nervous as track and trace was not transparent but my goods turned up in 2.5weeks, I even asked for a size change in email, and got that. I will buy again, I am writing hoping to support this business, I wasn't scammed, and am happy

C'est un SCAM, dommage de ne pas avoir lu les avis précédents.
Après 2 mois, toujours pas de livraison, leur réponse?
Merci de confirmer votre adresse (le tracking number n'indique même pas que le colis est arriver dans mon pays!).
Je valide l'adresse (qui n'a pas changée), ils me répondent en me demandant pourquoi l'adresse a changée. On rêve!
Ensuite, plus de réponse!
J'ai demandé le remboursement, je ne crois pas revoir mon argent

What a scam. One month after I placed my order, I still haven't received my products. When I sent an email to Dakellstore to ask for an update they said there was a delay (which was only informed to me after I sent my email 1 mont later). Luckily we paid with Paypall and got our money back. Do not order from this website.

I did not get a delivery. Webstore looks professional but you do not get a delivery.
This is clearly a scam site. I unfortunately stumbled upon it via Instagram and fell for it
