Terrible experience. Unfortunately had to deal with Devin Slegeski. I called 4 times just to get a quote for parts I was need asap.
Second day of calling and only after I spoke to the store manager I was able to get the quote. So the quote should contain shipping also but instead I got only the parts pricing what I could have done online by my self and not wasting 2 days.
So after even got my quote he mentioned that he is unable to ship my parts on time costing me a client and few thousand dollars.
If a business has those type of people I have nothing to say other than good luck.

"Ready to Ship" meant nothing. 26 days instead of 5.
Paid $6,222.76 for a transmission with advertised 3-5 day shipping. Invoice marked "Ready to Ship" on March 2nd. Arrived March 23rd.
Representatives claimed they couldn't reach their supplier for updates. I called the supplier myself. Got through on the first try.
Dale's later explained "Ready to Ship" doesn't mean ready to ship — it means they submitted an order and hoped for the best.
Their supplier's website publicly listed extended lead times. Dale's never mentioned it.
Best part: on delivery day, Dales emailed saying they were still waiting on tracking. For a transmission already sitting at our mechanic's shop.
Three weeks of rental costs. Zero accountability. Terms & Conditions cited as shield.
BBB F rating isn't a mystery. Shop accordingly.
