the first shock was that they shipped the item from China; they sent the item to the wrong address, and by the looks of it they didn't even send the correct item (it was shoes, and the postal website says the parcel weighed 16 grams);
now they are not responding to emails

2nd time ordering here, I love their impressive shirt designs. However, shipping time is something to consider as it takes about 1 month from the date of order to receive it.

When the merchandise came it wasn't made as expected. The leather jackets right sleeve inner lining was twisted when sown, keeping it from wearing because I couldn't get my arm all the way through. And nonetheless left cuff of the jacket is coming off. It's poor workmanship for the price. A refund would appropriate. The merchandise would not even be worth spending the money for the return. I had sent a email regarding this. But was told there is a delay do to covid. And haven't heard anything back since 1/11/23

Never received my order. How do I contact these people?

I order custom shoes air Jordan 13 on December 18th 2022 and have not received a email or tracking number or delivery

I ordered 2 shirts as Christmas gifts and paid for expedited shipping. When the shirts did not arrive in the 10 day window, I gave it 2 MORE days then disputed the charge. All the while trying to email and never got a single response until AFTER I disputed and got my refund. They arrived the 2 days later. This won't happen again for me.

I ordered a blanket on December 11th, 2022. I didn't receive an email confirmation. I don't have a tracking number. When I checked my bank account they took money out. I want my blanket set or I want my money back. The gift is slated to be here December 28th, 2022.
Edit: Today is 12-29-22 and I didn't receive my blanket. I still haven't received an email confirmation, but they definitely took money out of my account.

It's not 1-5-23 and I still don't have what I purchased. I want a refund!

I checked the website earlier today and it says that it is no longer a secure website. This is a scam website and I'm reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.

10 days later and still nothing about shipment which is ridiculous. These are suppose to be Christmas presents and when you get an email back they send you a standard email that it is still processing and they have limited people due to COVID. I mean come on with that as that is no longer an excuse in most peoples eyes nowadays, especially in Florida.

I'll be transparent here's my order # 16829 and my email anyone can see for them selfs what kind of scam thier are pulling on the public they got there money I got nothing for your own protection DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SCAM SITE. Just called the phone # on thier scam site it's for the USPS go figure.added Dec. 6 still no package can't get any information thier is nobody really working at this site except a bunch of scam artists and thieves. THIS A BUYER BEWARE SITE.

They don't communicate with you..I have emailed them several times and no reponse..will never shop here again

I ordered a hoodie and when it arrived the size was perfect but the printing quality was very poor, the worst part is they put the dallas cowboys lettering on backwards!!!! Its totally messed up! I have since sent several emails to their "customer support" and they're always away or offline they see and read my messages but refuse to respond and it doesn't seem like they have any intention at all of replacing it or refunding my money!!! This is a rip off!!!!

I liked the product , took too long to get, plus her name was supposed to be in strap and it didn’t get put by on there

They are advertised as “crocks” the are not. They are $5 shoes from the dollar store with a nice paint job. False advertising.
