Dancers Box レビュー

Really quick delivery, came the day before they said it would.

Was sent a quick reminder that an item I was after had come in stock, sent a link and ordered in seconds!
Received very quickly and fitted perfectly, very happy customer!

Amazing customer service, I bought a leotard at move it and it didn’t fit my daughter, they were really helpful and allowed me to exchange it. Top service thank you

Fantastic shop! This time I ordered online as couldn't get to shop around my working hours/kids activities and love this convenience whilst still supporting a small business. Great quality as always, my daughter loves her new bag.

On time delivery and great quality products.

amazing costumer service. highly recommend Dancersbox for all dance wear and shoes

Excellent customer service, will be using them for our supplies in the future.

I absolutely love this shop! the staff are friendlsy and helpful. They ensure my daughter finds the perfect tap shoes

Great delivery service really fast. Just a shame the shop was closed when I visited at 4pm.

My daughter and I went in for the first today time as she needed jazz shoes. Neither of us knew what we were looking for but the lady at the shop was really knowledgeable and helpful, it was obvious she knew what she was talking about. Once it got to our turn, we were done and satisfied in no time. She was helpful, professional and courteous.

Also to add context. we got into the shop around 2:25 pm, knowing it would close at 3 pm and hoping it would be empty. There were 4 customers + mums and they were all doing some serious shopping, so queuing was expected. The pressure was on, the lady at the shop (only person working there at the time) was solo parenting her little boy too, but she remained unflappable and calm despite the full shop. Hat off to her, she handled it so smoothly, I was very impressed.

Great service and delivery

A lovely shop in Northumberland Heath. They always help my son find well-fitting ballet and tap shoes. He loves going to the shop.

Item was ready for collection sooner than expected . Very easy straightforward purchase, thank you

Fabulous all round! Had a replacement pointe fitting and we spent an hour going through many styles, wonderful expertise and advice. Also, added bonus of a sewing service. Will def be back! Thanks again!

Very helpful both on and online. Fab customer service and advice.

Dancers box are a very helpful and friendly company and its a pleasure to shop with them.

Excellent service and communication, thank you

They were kind enough to see us without an appointment for pointe shoes and the knowledge of the fitter and her listening to my daughter really helped us find the right shoes x
