Do not order, website is now shut down. Dress I got is awful quality and looks nothing like picture.

I ordered a pair of golf shoes in US size 7.5 and they came as 7 which was a bit small. Every attempt to notify this company by email has gone without response. Bit peaved to be honest because they were a wedding anniversary present and pretty expensive

Absolute con. Bought dresses, didn’t fit so asked for a refund. Would have to send them back but abroad and would cost too much money. Offered to give me 50% back and keep the dresses, the refund of which I’ve been waiting for now for 2 weeks and not received it yet!!

The dress I received from Daniel & Lucy London was not as advertised on their website. It differs significantly in design, appearance, and quality from the product shown in the listing.

When I raised this, I was told I would need to return the item to China at my own expense. The cost of international tracked return shipping is disproportionate to the item price and makes any refund effectively unrealistic.

As a result, I have been left with an item that is not usable and no fair resolution.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend purchasing from this retailer. The product received did not match the description, and the returns process is not reasonable for customers.
