I highly recommend Danie Marie. I had to return a dress, it was a beautiful dress, very good quality, it just didn't suit me at all.
The whole process was smooth from start to finish. Benny the new owner emailed me personally, actioned a full refund immediately (when shown proof of purchase) and offered further assistance. I couldn't of asked for better service.

I was quite upset when I heard DM were closing. I had a voucher to use and found myself either losing the voucher or using it. I purchased 2 dresses that were not my size (everything in my size were out of stock because they were having a closing down sale). The dresses remained in the bags sitting in my cupboard. I then saw DM were advertising again, so I enquired why they were still operating when they said they were closed. DM contacted me to inform me they were new owners. I explained my situation to them. The new owners were amazing. They offered me to return the dresses and pick something I wanted in my size! With free shipping! Wow how fantastic to be heard and accommodated. They constantly kept in contact with me. I received my dress today. I am so happy. Please woman if you are hesitant in giving the new owners a go, dont be they are really trying hard to look after their customers. They have won me back! Good luck Dani Marie thankyou 💓

I brought a dress (and paid postage), it took several weeks to arrive. I tried it on the same day and it was far too long with uneven hem. That evening I asked to return it. All tags attached in original packaging. They agreed but I had to fill out a reason for return form to get a return label.
Over two weeks later I was issued credit to spend on site. I emailed saying I wanted a refund, not store credit. Apparently they do not refund and by filling out the return form I had agreed that I wanted credit. Company policy is that they only give exchanges or store credit. Terrible practise. I would avoid buying any of their overpriced clothing.
Edit- see below reply in which I am accused of being rude to customer support. Simply not true, I would not be rude to someone when simply asking for a refund. This company constantly say items are ‘on sale’

poor service. returnee products and requested a refund. they refused and gave me a store credit. never shopping here again.

Great quality, really well made and very comfortable too

I recently purchased two dresses that were both just under $200. I thought the material was not of good quality, with one of the black dresses being so thin, it was see through. I left a comment on a Facebook ad, warning others as I was worried someone had made a copycat account and I was scammed.
No one contacted me.
They proceeded to mock me with another Facebook user, calling me a scammer before deleting my two comments and blocking me. My second comment was to say I was a customer and not a scammer. I was prepared to just cut my losses but the quality of the dresses I received and that weird facebook interaction, I would proceed with caution.

I needed a different size and they went above and beyond to get an exchange out for me so I’d receive it in time for my sisters baby shower. Really great service thank you

I received the Cleo dress in black in 2X and I love it! It's the perfect length, and has a loose sleeve that gives me good coverage, but keeps me cool! It's a great dress to dress up or down, and I can't wait to take it out on the town.

I bought the Eva long sleeve dresses in the blush spot and one in black. Such versatile pretty dresses that fit in all the right areas :)

Absolutely adore these gorgeous dresses, the Cleo dress feels so lovely to wear and I love how the sleeves drape.

I ordered the Kristina dress, it arrived quicker than I'd expected (always a plus!), and wow - one of the most flattering cuts I've ordered online in a while. I've already ordered the same one for my sister :)
