Following a recommendation I contacted Danlec to discuss my options to have an EV Charger fitted . Daniel explained everything to me and advised on which chargers to consider . Written quotes were sent whilst we were on the phone .
On installation day the guys arrived in a timely manner and were friendly and professional. They were extremely tidy and completed the installation without any problems .
Full invoice was sent in the afternoon and I paid it straight away - very satisfied

End to end experience was outstanding
End to end experience was outstanding. Daniel was incredibly responsive to any queries i had regarding my ev charger installation. Pricing is transparent, providing written quotes and a generous window to pay the invoice once the work was done. No gotchas, unexpected surprises, or pressure to pay on the spot which was a pleasant change from some of the experiences I've had in the past with tradesmen and gives you enough time to properly inspect if you are actually happy with the work being done.
Chris came to do the actual installation and was very friendly, tidy, and professional and cleaned up before he left. Can't recommend this company enough if you are like me and tired of cowboys just looking to make a quick buck.
Danlec will be my go to for any domestic electrical work going forward and have definitely set the standard for me on what to expect in terms of end to end customer service from tradesmen.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, Jermaine; we really appreciate it. We're glad to hear that you were happy with the recent installation of your EV charger. We're glad to hear that you were happy with not just the workmanship, but the pre-install service you received as well. You found us to be unlike other companies, with regard to our transparent pricing and how we don't add random additional costs to the invoice. We always make sure that if something isn't quite how it should be and that additional work would be needed, we inform you of this beforehand.
We will make sure we pass your comments along to Chris, and it's always reassuring to hear that we're not like some of the other companies out there who just want your money. We genuinely take pride in our work, and it's always lovely to hear that customers see that as well as ourselves.

The install itself went really well
The install itself went really well, but Iâve sadly not had the greatest experience with the admin team following installation, which due to misunderstanding and missed comms, Iâve had a delay in claiming for energy back to the grid. Found the admin team a little rude and condescending when I raised this issue and has let me feeling frustrated.

Danlec - Solar, Battery & EV Installers ããã®åç
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review; we're glad to hear that you found the installation side of things to go well. However, it is disappointing to hear that you felt let down by the admin team. We would like to clarify that we did issue you the documents required for SEG registration (the DNO connection confirmation letter and the MCS certificate) within a week of the installation being completed (unfortunately, the DNO side of the paperwork can sometimes take a few weeks to come back). The day we sent these documents, we did receive a call from you later in the afternoon asking for a timescale for receiving the documents, to which we advised you we had sent them that day, and would resend the DNO letter and MCS certificate to you that afternoon, with the remaining documents to follow once approved for sending. The documents are titled as they are received. e.g. the DNO letter for a G99 installation from National Grid would be titled with the reference number, and then G99 Connection Confirmation Letter. The certificates are typically issued with the type of certificate and the certificate number as the file name. We do appreciate that there was a slight miscommunication a few weeks after installation; however, at this point, all paperwork had been sent to you. Since this occurred, we have made adjustments to the certificate email we send, making it clearer that the G99 Connection Confirmation letter is the DNO document.

Home Solar PV installation
From the 1st contact with Danlec and Jack the whole process from start to finish was extremely professional courteous and the installation was carried out professionally and neatly to be as visually aesthetic as possible.
All team members from Awry and the roofers who fitted the solar panels to Liam and the electricians who fitted the powerwall and extension pack were very knowledgeable and completed the installation to a high standard.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Danlec for a solar installation.
