I’ve just paid my invoice and wanted to take the time to leave a review because exceptional service deserves to be recognised.
From my very first conversation with Dan, I knew I’d chosen the right company. He took the time to talk me through the different EV charger options available without any pressure or hard sell. What really stood out was how clearly he explained everything—no confusing technical jargon or trying to upsell me, just honest, straightforward advice that made it easy to choose the right charger for our needs.

When it came to fitting the charger, Matt arrived exactly when he said he would and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He was friendly, professional, incredibly tidy, and his workmanship was first-class. The finished installation looks fantastic and you can tell he takes real pride in his work.

What impressed us most was that the service didn’t stop once the charger was installed. Matt patiently helped us get everything set up, including the apps and the electricity tariffs, making sure we understood how everything worked and how to get the most out of our new charger. He didn’t rush off and made sure we were completely happy before he left.

It’s rare these days to find a company that genuinely cares about its customers from start to finish, but Danlec absolutely does. The communication, professionalism, knowledge and attention to detail throughout the whole process have been outstanding.

A huge thank you to both Dan and Matt for making what I thought would be a complicated process completely straightforward. I honestly couldn’t fault a single thing and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Danlec to anyone looking to have an EV charger fitted. Five-star service in every respect!

From start to finish, every interaction I had with Danlec was great. I had a solar and battery install done with a fuse board and EV charger too. I specifically wanted integration with my home automation, Danlec's engineers understood my requirements and were able to advise me on equipment that made sense for my needs and budget.
Communications and project management were great all the way through.
A particular mention to the roofing team that installed my panels on one of the hottest days of the year, and the installation team who worked quickly, neatly and efficiently, and were also respectful, friendly and knowledgeable.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends and family and call them again should I need them.

Danlec staff have been helpful and informative from start to finish of this lengthy project. Our initial consultation with Jack was very comprehensive; we learned a lot. During the fitting process - which happened over two separate days - the electricians and fitters were happy to talk us through and explain every little detail. They worked efficiently and speedily to get everything done within those two days. The final product looks exactly as we wanted, and we were producing our own power that very same day. They're also taking care of all the necessary insurances & certifications on our behalf, so that when we do switch to an export tariff with our current suppliers, we will have everything we need to get that done smoothly. Overall, a job well done.

Some members of our family had also used Danlec a few years back, and they were/are very happy with the outcome. That was part of the reason we chose them. We've not been disappointed.

The guys from Danlec recently installed me an EV charging point. Both the original electrician who came out to do the survey and the two who came out subsequently just a couple of days later to do the installation were polite, efficient, and the resulting job was absolutely first class. I work in a service business and the service from Danlec, in my professional experience, is excellent.

From Sales to Project Management, we were kept informed all the way through the process. Things don't always go to plan when doing work around the home, but at no stage were we left in the dark about anything and all issues were quickly resolved.

The office, if busy, always return your calls and as for their installation teams, every single person that worked in our home, were knowledgeable, courteous and professional.

I would have no worries recommending the company to friends and family.

Having been totally confused whilst researching chargers, I contacted Danlec as an independent company, from my initial conversation Dan explained what options were available. I was offered a quick installation date not the 6 weeks the larger companies stated. Communication pre installation was great, Luke the installer arrived promptly was very courteous and did a great job and left everything clean and tidy, Luke was great in helping set up the app and the relevant tariff. 10/10 service would without doubt recommend. I’ve just had a 6kw solar system installed with 27kw sigenergy batteries plus gateway, the installation team were fantastic, very friendly and keep me informed through the installation. I couldn’t be happier and will be recommending Danlec.

Their pricing was competitive compared with other quotes I received, which made the decision easier.

The installation itself was good, and the system worked perfectly from day one. A couple of the cable runs could have been a bit neater visually, but functionally everything was spot‑on.

I was also very happy with the post‑installation follow‑up visit. They came back to check everything was working as expected and took the time to answer all my questions. That level of aftercare gave me confidence that I’d chosen the right installer.

Overall, a positive experience and I’d happily recommend Danlec to others considering solar.

The installation itself is very tidy, efficient and shows true, top-quality workmanship. Nothing has ever been too much for them and they have always worked towards providing us with the best possible solution for us and our needs - even if this meant more labour intensive works for them!
