Congratulations to Dan Thomas & Co on their recent migration to Loop Software Ltd. Loop is a cloud-based customer relationship management (CRM) solution used by estate agents to store and manage customer information. Being cloud-based, all the client data is stored on devices owned and managed by Loop.

Nothing new or exciting there other than the founder and owner of Loop is being investigated for allegations of company fraud and comments regarding using estate agency client data to target vulnerable sellers, landlords or tenants (arrears, probate, forced sale etc) with high-interest loans and then receiving an introductory commission.

When your business with them has concluded, make sure that you request all you data is deleted from Loop and seek written confirmation from Dan that this has been done.

As Dan has published that he is saving money by using Loop, any decent estate agent with a slice of integrity would pass on those cost savings to their clients. I reckon a sole agency around 0.8/0.9% would be fair.

I had a really positive experience selling my property with Dan Thomas & Co. The property marketing strategy was well put together. The biggest compliment would be around the communication which was always very proactive from the whole team throughout the viewing and progression process. Using a group messaging function meant that I could easily ask questions and answer any questions from prospective buyers. I felt kept in the loop at all times. I would certainly use again in the future and recommend to friends.

Absolutely fantastic service from Dan and all the team - house on the market, sold and completed in under 3 months which was incredible. The communication between the team was exceptional, viewers were quality proceedable clients not day trippers and Abi, Naomi,Sharon, Claire, Lorraine and Dan kept us up to date with every step of the way, even arranging calls with the lovely Marissa :) when were over 10,000 miles away. Such an incredible experience selling our property with Dan Thomas & Co. We were very nervous as it was our first time selling so we were not confident on the process. The whole team were very helpful and explained everything throughly. Marisa agreed our sale and was very helpful when assisting us with offers and understanding the market. Sharon assisted us with the sale progression and was great with providing updates when we needed answers quickly. We found the WhatsApp group very helpful during the whole process. Dan Thomas & Co, have been fantastic! When we were looking around for estate agents we always check the reviews and saw that theirs were really good. We were not dissapointed! One thing that's important for me is communication and they kept us informed every step of the way and worked really hard liaising with everyone in the chain. We had a few hiccups along the way with the chain, but Lorraine & Sharon pulled out all of the stops to keep us informed with very good advice and knowledge as well. It doesn't usually feel like you get value for money when moving but with this move I actually feel that we've had really good value for our money!

I would recommend Dan Thomas to anybody with my eyes closed . Every person is extremely efficient, caring and nothing is too much for them . I have just boughten my property and Sharon, Marisa and Claire went an extra mile for me and they were for me at any time of the working hours . I am very grateful to these ladies for making the whole experience much easier , so I did not have as much stress .

What can we say… 7 months in and we finally have our keys to our beautiful new home! We met the team when we found our new house a few doors down and had to move heaven and earth to sell our house in order for us to buy the one we wanted! For various reasons, unrelated to Dan Thomas and co, I have had great difficulty selling my house. I had used a number of estate agents without success. Eventually I thought I would try out a “young” agency and contacted Dan. Getting a sale over the line proved difficult on more than one occasion and friends had started to suggest going for yet another agent. My view was that DT & Co had been excellent in keeping in touch with me throughout difficult times: they had retained their initial enthusiasm even when I was thinking that a sale for any sensible price was impossible.
I have now exchanged and I’m glad I and they stuck together.
I will not pick out any specific staff members for comment because they were all helpful and sympathetic and all seemed to know what was going on re my sale - must have a good communication system!!

We recently bought our home with Dan Thomas and had a very positive experience. The team are professional, friendly and responsive and we would recommend using them. Lorraine came to the viewings well prepared and was able to answer our questions and was very personable and the Sales Progression team kept us updated with the status of the purchase and were on hand to help.
