Always loved the Dark As Day brand. Not just your averages Joe’s with dark/ tattoo inspired clothing. I am a brand ambassador for these guys and I couldn’t have made a better choice in the clothes I’d... もっと見る

My bad Rob.
I’ve been waiting on a T shirt for 7 days… no response from the team on email. Paid for 48hour tracked delivery and it’s not moved once. Last time I try and order from an independent brand they couldn’t care less about customer service.
(Edit )I’ve decided to edit this back to a 5 star review - I’ve not received the T shirt just yet, but I am pleasantly surprised at how thoughtful the explanation was for why it did not arrive on time. Rob clearly cares about this company the quality of his products and I look forward to receding my package. Mistakes happen.

Hey Michael, I’m sorry to hear you were frustrated. I just wanted to clarify that your order was shipped shortly after your review was posted, and tracking details should now be in your inbox.
If for whatever reason you have not received them then please email me at hello@darkasday.com and I will send your tracking link again.
I completely understand how important clear communication is, However as a small business I always encourage customers to reach out first if they have any questions or concerns before leaving a negative review as I'm more than happy to help with any questions or queries.
Just to clarify on why you may feel the order was taking longer than expected, There is a 3-4 working day production time frame for all orders as every product is printed/embroidered in house to order. I see you placed your order on a Saturday and the following monday was a bank holiday here in the UK so the production window started on Tuesday, this in turn did create a little backlog of orders so unfortunately your order was only able to be posted today.
I apologies for the slight delay here but if you have any further questions or want to reach out for a chat about your order please feel free to drop me a email and I will be happy to help.
All the best,
Rob

Quality items
Have got multiple things from darkasday and they always deliver. The hoodies are amazing quality alongside the tees and hats, sick designs and quick postage. Only suggestion is bring back the old style of tote as they were lush, fav bag going haha

Decent quality T-shirt, good print too.
I ordered a t-shirt for my son's birthday, it arrived the day before, which was great. Lovely quality and print. He's had them in the past so we know they wash well. Good price for a quality T-shirt.

Ordered a t-shirt as a gift and needed to return it as the person I was gifting it to had recently bought the same one so I wanted to swap for a different shirt. The owner, Rob, is so lovely and responded quickly and helpfully to all my emails. When he couldn’t get the refund to work he set up a coupon code to use for the t-shirt instead which worked straight away. Wonderful customer service!

Amazing small business
Ordered a cap, t-shirt and print for a gift. Everything came really quickly and the quality is amazing! A different cap to what I purchased arrived (not a big deal as everything from this shop is class) I emailed in and Rob responded quick as. He was so lovely and told me to keep the cap and he posted out another free of charge!! Customer service is second to none. I will be purchasing more from this amazing small business and will tell anyone who listens to order as well! 10/10 would recommend!

Hi Mark,
I've taken a look into your order and see that it has cleared customs and is in final stretch of transit as of today.
Apologies if the tracking link either didnt work or didnt get to you. Please email me (hello@darkasday.com) to make sure I have the correct email address so I can share the tracking link with you.
Thank you for bringing this to my attention but please contact me first so that I can address the issue promptly via email rather than on here.
Thank you,
Rob
