Very good communication,very professional from start to finish

If you’re new to the game, or even a seasoned player - do not touch this company with a ten foot pole!
You’ll be left with empty promises and an even sadder bank account.
Looking for speedy action and professional service? Then DashDot are NOT the company you want to deal with. High fees and no gain!
Needless to say I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

This was my third purchase with dashdot and again they were fantastic. They make the whole process so smooth and simple. Something that would typically be a stressful time is easy and clear. Would 1000% recommend them to anyone ☺️

my company is delivering packages in Cairns so I'm running around hurting I need new ute 4x4 and n rego fule prices have gone up coz I do long distances I need money for services ect wages because I can't work long hrs

Had the most positive experience with Josh Chen. He was super accommodating with organising our Zoom meetings around our busy schedule and was always willing to go over the allocated time frame to ensure all our enquiries and concerns were discussed at length. I recently purchased my first property with DashDot through an SMSF and they made the whole process very manageable and seamless for me. Investing in property interstate or through an SMSF would have felt impossible until recently, but now I've just settled on a property in a city that I've never even visited thanks to the guidance of the DashDot team. They have been knowledgeable, responsive and approachable through every step of the journey, giving me untold many hours back into my already busy life and leaving me stressing about the uncertainty of my property investing decisions way less than I otherwise would have. Time will tell how the investment performs but regardless, if you're a busy professional with limited knowledge of property investing and little time to invest learning it all yourself, I think having the guidance of an experienced team supporting you every step of the way is well worth it.

We’d wanted to buy our first investment property for a while but we didn’t have the knowledge or time to dedicate to an extensive property search.
dashdot took care of all of that from the initial conversations about our financial situation and life goals, to the search itself, bidding and ultimately securing our first investment. Plus, they introduced us to other providers to help with things like property management and accountancy.

Dashdot are fantastic! We used Dashdot to invest in 2023 and we are completely satisfied with their service - we had a great team behind us who we trusted from start to finish. They were very thorough in their research and presented it to us clearly and succinctly. As we were time poor, we were so grateful for their involvement with the due diligence, the procurement of services such as electrical, plumbing and building inspectors and then their negotiation of terms on our behalf which achieved a great result.
